They got my order completely wrong, and judging my the other reviews, it seems to be an on going thing with this company. PLEASE don't order from here! The piercings don't even look as nice as the photos.

Don't waste your money.

The first time I ordered from body candy, I had an overall great experience. The second time, I made a larger order and when it came in, a couple of the items I received were wrong. So I emailed them and they sent out the replacement. The replacement came and there was yet another wrong item, so again, I emailed them and they sent the replacement which was, you guessed it, the wrong item again. When I emailed them this time, they said they will no longer send replacement items and they put a credit on my account. As if I'm going to spend more money there after that! Not to mention, all the belly rings I got from there have broken. So I wouldn't waste your time or money on them.

Ordered nipple piercings (14 gauge) and the normal ball beads looked good. But when i bought these beads that look like roses, moons, and pot leaves they were catching on everything! Very bulky and cheap looking the threads in the beads made it really hard to remove... actually had to use pliers to un screw them. And almost hurt my self a couple times just trying to put on and take off. In the garbage now.

I ordered Monday around 3am September 10th. I purposely didn't order items that were "special " or "in house " blah blah blah because those items take 7-10 business days to ship out. I would be getting 2-7 busines days shipping and didn't want to wait 3 weeks to receive my order. No matter, because it's September 17 (which is 6 business days later) and my order has only just had a shipping label created. Tomorrow is the 7th business day and it will still take 2-7 business days to get to me. I honestly don't even high hopes for what the package may or may not contain after this level of customer service.

Not what they used to be

Placed order weekday 9/5... shipped 9/9... didnt receive till 9/16. Paid for shipping. Recieved wrong items and told I had to pay shipping... not thanks. I'll call it 24 bucks wasted and never use this site again.

I've never really had issues with bodycandy. The jewelry does tarnish but that is to be expected because i get them wet in the shower and rarely take them out.

Empty package

I ordered 2 replacement balls which were like 98 cents and added a cheap septum ring to the order so it would be worth the shipping. Placed the order and then got a shipping email days later, and a refund for the 98 cents. No email explaining why that was refunded. I would have cancelled the entire order if that item had not been in stock. Moving on, waited over a week for my package with the septum ring to come in. When it finally does, I open it to a paper saying the balls were unavailable and were refunded, two cards with their business logo on it, and... That was it. No septum.
I contacted supported and just asked for a refund as I didn't even want the item anymore. They refused to give it to me and said I had to have them send me a replacement piercing. After arguing I was like fine whatever send it.
This was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't gotten the replacement or even an email with a tracking number.
It was $10 so I'm just saying screw it and never ordering here again.

I bought a few items off the website and they look ok until you actually wear them! They say on the website in the description that it's made from 316L surgical steel but when you wear the jewlery it turns right away! It was a huge waste of money and will never buy from that company again. Super cheaply made items.

NIGHTMARE

I had high hopes for this website but the entire transaction was a complete NIGHTMARE. I ordered some belly rings and an anklet, I also payed extra for the items to be shipped in 2 days. I received an order confirmation but after 4 days I begin to wonder what was happening with my order since there were no other messages. I contacted the support email and was told I have a special item that would take 7-10 business days to be made then my order will be shipped. I had no idea that was the case since there was nothing under the product that explained that but instead they tell me this after I order it. I sent several responses to the support email saying I want that item cancelled since I would be moving and I could not wait that long for the item. It was almost a full week before I received a response that said the item was refunded and all the rest of my stuff would be shipped out immediately, which I was cool with. I receive the items and there is something in there that I did not order and I was missing 4 other belly rings that I did order. I emailed the support again and got no response at all. I kept resending the email for about 2 weeks so after NO RESPONSE I decided to call the support number and try to speak with someone. I spoke with a person that said they have no record of any email conversations between me and the support email about this issue which is a FLAT OUT LIE because I still have allll the emails. The lady processed the refund but honestly I'm disgusted and will never be ordering from this company again because you do not ignore customers that are paying money for your products then try to tell me I don't know what I am talking about when someone in your corporation deletes emails. I will never be ordering from here again and buyers please beware because these people are quick to take your money but slow to ensure transparency. Customer service for is not a top priority for this company so please take your business elsewhere.

I got a pack of eyebrow jewlery, and they are stripped. After about a hour of wear the balls fall off no matter how much I tighten them. The nose studs I got had the studs fall out.

I have been using this website for years and have honestly never had any problems with them. It's so much cheaper buying jewelry here compared to the tattoo shop ridiculous prices! Their products are excellent and I won't shop anywhere else for my body jewelry!

Not the best

I ordered two items and added the 2-3 day shipping. I got them on the 3rd day. When I opened the package the one ear ring I had ordered was just thrown in the package without it's own holder. The other one was in its own package. That was disappointing and it seemed careless. Won't be ordering from this site again.

Just bad

I have ordered from here a few times for various items like belly button rings and a few different types of ear piercing jewelry. Normally everything comes on time as far as shipping. But the pieces end up being cheap and ridiculous looking (not matching picture). For example i ordered a cartilage butterfly earring that dangled and the butterfly that dangled took up almost a 1/3 of my ear! Not cute. The belly button rings break easily (tried a few different materials and kinds). This last time i gave it one more shot since i found a 50 percent off code. I'm still waiting on my package. All my tracking code says is "arriving late". I sent an email that explains that and all i got back is that it says it should be here today. Which is correct! But then underneath that it says "arriving late". No one can give a straight answer so i called. I was told that it might be there in the morning the next business day. Every time there is something wrong. Last time I order from here. I found another great place called Beauty Mark Jewelry.

They get you with their deals but in reality the jewlery is NOT worth any price that you pay. I bought a 18g tragus piece for my 3 year old tragus piercing (never had any issues with it before this experience). The shipping was good, got it in 3 days (paid for 2-3 day shipping). I was super happy to find something so dazzling and it instantly fit like a dream. However, it was a damn fight to get the ball screwed on as it was almost as big as the front piece. I have been wearing it for two days and I just took it out. There is pain radiating from my tragus down to my jawline and up to my temple. Luckily I still had my original tragus hoop and it is already feeling better after a good salt bath and antiseptic soap rinse. Never buy from this place, especially if you're highly allergic to metals. Stick it safe and go with the titanium or surgical steel. What a joke of a company. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I ordered a nose ring and paid about $5 extra dollars to have it delivered three business days later. A package arrived TWO business days later and I was impressed that it had come early. Come to find out that the delivered product is completely wrong, I ordered a nose ring, have no idea what I got. A little plastic thing. Anyway, I emailed that day that I had received the wrong item along with a picture and stated that I had paid extra to get it originally the day after I received the incorrect package, and that if I could still receive it by then, all was forgiven! Here I am, THREE days after I emailed about the error, still waiting on my reship! I paid extra and it took longer to get my correct item than my incorrect one! Why wouldn't they rush it if they know I paid and am waiting for it?!?! Bad business. Bad, bad.

Awful service

I ordered a nose hoop. I took out the paper to measure it and it wasn't my correct size. I've sent email after email and all I've been told is "refer to the sizing paper". I did, I wanted my money back and now, no answer. I also spent $5 on 2-3 day shipping and it took over a week. This business is a joke. I will never shop here again. It was $20 for something I can't even wear.
