Save your money and find another place to shop for body jewelry. First it took long to arrive, then the pieces seem low quality but they are low quality since 3 of the 4 helix earrings I bought already broke. One within the first week of use, it suddenly fell off my ear that's how bad quality it is.and on top of that in order to use the coupons they give you, you just spend a huge amount on stuff you don't even need to get to that amount only to the surprise of crap.
Not only did I have to wait almost 3 weeks for my product to ship, but once I received the package it was actually missing one of the items I ordered. Customer Service was not apologetic at all. I will never ever order from this site again.

I was offered half store credit when I just wanted a refund. I never touched or even saw packaging for this company. So be careful or just don't purchase. I won't trust them again.
I ordered from body candy about a year ago. I got 6 belly rings and a couple nose studs. They were all beautiful, came on time and nothing has broken since receiving them. Over a week ago I ordered 2 nose studs and a hoop and I have not received a confirmation email for it to be shipped. Maybe the virus is causing delays so I'm going to stick it out and wait longer for them to send it. I really hope I don't get ripped off because I love their jewelery.
Placed a order and one ring ended up the wrong gauge I called them immediately to ask if they could change the gauge size they told me nothing they can do. Mistakes happen and they are not willing to help a girl out. Wont order from them again.
I've been buying from bodycandy for about two years and they are amazing! They make high quality products. I've ordered lip, nose, ear, and eyebrow jewelry and all have been perfect! Only once have they forgot to ship a eyebrow piercing to me but I contacted them and I got it 3 days later! I'll forever buy from them. Amazing!
Same thing happened to me... they allowed me to use PayPal which has had my current address as shipping AND billing, which is the only way my card on PayPal will go thru, for some time now and ALWAYS autofills correctly. I placed order with no prompt to fill in address so when I saw on my invoice email the address was wrong I contacted "customer service". They told me the only way to fix it was to pay $4 for a reship of the product I already paid for. Short accusatory customer service answers and no help to resolve the issue. Just told me I must have entered in wrong address and basically was out of luck unless I wanted to give them more money. Wish I had read other reviews before ordering cause they already got me for $12 with no product I will not give $4 more for the same results.
They fudged my order up and tried fixing it by sending me more of the same plug! The problem is, when ordering I didnt realize 2 of the products were not sets. So I went back and ordered those 2 items. When my 1st order came in, I was missing 2 plugs. One, because they ran out of stock, and they other was never shipped. The plug that never shipped was one I bought a pair for. So now I'll have just one plug. Great. The other plug I went back to order, was the plug the sent me to make up for the fact they ran out of stock.
What I'm trying to say is, when my 2nd order comes in, I'll have 2 plugs with no match, and 3 of the same crappy dice plug.
I have purchased 6 industrial bars, and earrings from Body Candy, and they are all beautiful! They are very good quality and do not irritate my piercings. Their USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping is never late! Highly recommend!
First they messed up the shipping address and USPS sent it back to them. Then they make me pay $4 extra dollars for them to ship it again. Then a few days later I get an email saying it was delivered. It wasn't. They told me USPS was notifying people of delivery 1-2 days before it was actually delivered. Two days go by and I get an email saying my package was shipped. Again?! I ordered in mid January and now in mid February I email asking for refund because at this point I don't even want the items anymore, AND THEY'RE REFUSING REFUND? ABSOLUTE BULL$#*!. They stole my $30. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Go to UrbanBodyJewelry or Arctic Buffalo instead.

Ordered 3 items it took 4.5 weeks to be delivered. The rook jewelry I purchased broke after just 3 weeks. Bodycandy only accepts returns at 2 weeks. So I'm SOL. They felt a 30% discount would be sufficient. No, it's been 3 weeks, a full replacement is the only acceptable option here.
I ordered 7 septum clickers and only 2 work. One of the earring cuffs broke off the attachment. 1 item was missing. Bodycandy sent a replacement for the ear cuff earring and the missing spetum. However, the clicker does not work like the other ones. They should check and see if items work before sending broken and faulty stuff.
I was told they sold out and didn't have a date of getting the product in. They offered a refund but it hasn't gone through yet!

My niece introduced me to this site for a couple things she wanted. The selection was great as well as the prices. I recieved my order but there was an issue with one of the items. I have considered using them for years and was always skeptical about it but I decided to give it a chance. I ordered 2 tongue piercings they were supposed to be here within a week, after a week had passed I went back to look at my purchase confirmation email and saw that if you order something during the weekend it wont get processed until monday. Because I ordered it on a saturday I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited longer. They gave me an option to track my package so I downloaded the app and for 4 days it said "tracking not made available from bodycandy". Now it's been almost 3 weeks, and the app is finally showing me where my package is. All the way in New York but it somehow hasnt gotten here yet? So it's been in the same place for weeks and they are just now processing it and it looks as if though it might be another week of waiting. I've bought things from amazon halfway across the world that came faster than this. I dont even know the quality of the product but since they were only 2 dollars each I'm assuming it's not going to be great. I really wanted to use this site but if I have to wait this long? No thanks. No wonder why they give out promo codes like candy.
If you actually want to receive your items when you are told they will arrive, order from someone else. I paid extra to have them delivered in 7 days max, and it's been over a week. Tracking says Saturday, so that'll be two weeks. They would not cancel my order or refund my money, only told me to refuse my package at delivery? Unprofessional, uncaring, horrible customer service.

When I told them, they said to give it a few days because sometimes they send emails early when they didnt really deliver something. Waited a whole week. I never got anything. I followed up on the order with the same person. Accused me of probably already having the order but they are going to reship it. And if by any means I want to change my mind on it, to contact them right away. All I wanted was my order, why would I waste my time contacting them if I had my order already. And then they are going to ship me the wrong things. I'm done dealing with them, they are very very rude, it was unnecessary to accuse me of having the order. Why would I even contact them if I had it. Makes no sense to me at all
