Takes so Long!

Nose ring

I bought a nose ring and it was broke when it was delivered to my house. Not only was it broke but the advertising was wrong. It was a cheap plastic when it was suppose to be metal will never order from bodycandy again.

This place is full of crap I order $100 worth of jewelry for my daughters birthday and even paid for the fast shipping still have yet to recurve my package and on top of that I've called multiple times to check on my order and they pick up and say hello and as soon as I say what I'm calling about they hang up shady company and worst business

With the pandemic I expected delays, despite the fact their website said there wasn't any issues at the time i ordered, and was absolutely floored how long they took. My order processed for 25 days i reached out to them three times about it as i was about to make an international move and got very little help the first two times and after the third contact they put a request to speed up my order. That entailed making a tracking label to basically get me to shut up which remained unshipped for 3 days. When i finally did receive the order half of it was missing with a letter that said they were unable to fill the complete order and more was missing than indicated on the highlighted sheet. Then it said I could have a partial store credit which is ridiculous. I reached out to customer service and have had radio silence since. I will continue to message them for a refund because the hassle to deal with them is nonsense and I am pissed. Take your business elsewhere.

I ordered 2 pairs of earrings from this website April 24th. It is May 1st. I have received no conformation on where my package is. I gave them a little slack the first couple days, due to the COVID19 and everything going on, but OMG I feel I should have at least gotten an email on where my stuff is. It is my fault that I didn't read the reviews before buying, but I encourage ANYONE TO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They think they slick, I tried to find a customer service number I could call, but they don't have one. I think this company should no longer be in business and they should be ashamed by what they are doing. To the people that got their stuff, it Ain't real, cause it's too many people with bad reviews for their to be any good ones. I will not be done with this situation, until I can find a way to get my money back, they can keep them cheap lil earrings, I just want my money. PERIOD!

They take your money and guarantee fast shipping but never actually ship your product 11 days I've been waiting. Can't get in touch with customer service when I do I get the same automated message. And they give you no option to cancel your order. NEVER SHOPPING WITH THIS bull$#*! $#*! company again

The jewelry was ok

But it was too long. I returned it, following the instructions given for store credit, but despite sending tracking proof, etc, it's been over a month now and nothing. I'll never shop here again will give my honest account of the customer service I received. Buyer beware, if you make a mistake in your order, it's your loss.

Horrible service

I ordered from this site because it said 2-7 days delivery and that is a lie. I waited 2 weeks and nothing so I emailed them then miraculously 2 days later my order said on its way. But the tracking # given is incorrect. I'm thinking it's a scam business. Do not order from them. Save your money.

I've contacted them for a second time & they haven't responded, now it's about to be two months. Now It says my order has been shipped but the tracking number says it's unavailable. I'm just over it & would like my money back. Shipping shouldn't take two months.

I've been waiting for my some jewelry for about 3 weeks now. I got an email saying my order was shipped over a week ago but when I click on the tracking number, USPS says that it's incorrect or doesn't exist. I understand with everything going on things might be slowed down, but to get a tracking number that's apparently not real is what bothers me the most. They need to communicate with customers if they're having issues getting orders out, not lie. I'll never order from here again. Waste of money and time.

I've ordered from this company before and the shipping took a while (2weeks) and not too many problems. But this time I ordered 2 nose rings 3 WEEKS AGO. Still no updates... I messaged them on Facebook and got a robot response. Finally I emailed them about the issue and was told excuses to save their $#*!. Today marks 3 weeks with no real updates or my jewelry

I've been waiting for my items to be shipped for 3 weeks now and they have yet to do so! I contacted them to cancel the order but they would not allow me to cancel and get a refund. I then emailed them about when it will ship and if they are not going to send it then to send my refund. Still no response!

And my second package, well It's been almost a month since I ordered my package, I have received no real information about it, just sent a copy and past message about c19, which I get it, times are hard and might slow things down but a month?

Honestly I haven't even received my jewelry yet so I can't even rate or review that. But I have been waiting almost three weeks and my shipping still says unfulfilled. I've contacted them three times and all they say is "It'll be shipped soon. Thanks for your patience." I will never ever be buying from them again. This site seems fishy.

Honestly they don't deserve even one star to me, so unprofessional and worse customer service, Iv been waiting 4 weeks for my parcel now and tracking isn't even close to me and hasn't moved the whole time, I emailed them about my parcel not arriving and they got back to me with excuses which I was understanding to and gave it more time but once I was waiting more weeks with still no parcel I emailed them back on 3 different times about a refund and they won't get back to any of my emails now but still able to send me review emails of my parcel I haven't got, I will charge to get my money back as this is ridiculous!
