DONT DO IT

I ordered 4 nose rings in March i believe and it is now the end of May. Took weeks to get someone to answer my emails regarding my items not being shipped or delivered to me. After over a month they then finally reply and tell me that my order in no refundable, even though i never received the item and had the nerve to only offer store credit. Don't waste your money, this "family" business is a scam.

Brutally slow to first of all ship my order over 1 week. Then i get a tracking number for a shipment from China which i cant track the site says it doesnt exist. I thought i was ordering from the USA not China this company is false advertising. The site says shipping to Canada was $6.99 but they actually billed me $13.97. Who knows how long now it will take to arrive if at all since i cant track. Cant get ahold of customer service and now that i have read all these reviews im pretty sure my sterling silver with Swarkovski stones is going to actually be cheap metal and cubic z jewels. Shame on me for not reading reviews first. Lesson learned save your money and time and buy from a reputable store.

I cant rate the jewelry because 2 weeks later it still hasn't shipped. I ordered several items and none of them have shipped. 2 to 7 days is a joke! Do NOT pay extra for shipping sooner, it wont happen either. Customer service is no help if you can actually get a hold of someone. They just tell you to be patient and otherwise cant help you.

I have ordered 3 times for them and everytime i have received all of my items that I have ordered i don't like having to wait for it to arrive in the mail that's the only thing that is not good but have not had any of my belly rings to break

Their product quality is horrible. The stuff I ordered did not look like the website, is irritable to the skin, and breaks easily.
The order took 3X as long to get here as they said it would.
They did not send everything I ordered and will not send it to me or refund me for the missing items.
The customer service is nonexistent. I understand they have limited staff, but they should not be operating if they cannot even reply to an email. (I have sent multiple and not one has been responded too)
Will never shop here again.

This is the worst company to order from first off it took them 2 weeks to finally ship out my order and you can't get in contact with customer service at all. They provide the same automatic response ever single time and once I finally received my nipple piercings the quality was poor nothing like they promise I only had them in for a week and had to remove them because I noticed it was causing an infection. Save your time and money and don't even bother.

I purchased a large amount of piercings & found a problem with every single one, some we're smaller than promised and the rest gave me a horrible infection! Their stuff is really cute and cheap but please don't waste your money! And keep your piercings clean

I ordered 3 things & only got one item. I understand because of the pandemic my package would've gotten delayed but it finally sent after 3 weeks & they sent me the wrong items! They highlighted one item saying it was out of stock but did not mention anything about the product being out of stock when i emailed them about my order. They were not professional & did not let me know anything about the items & i felt as if it was a scam. I don't think this company is legit so if i were you, i would not buy anything from them.

This is the worst place to buy your jewelry. Mine came in today, which actually was 12 days later then when it was suppose to arrive. I was excited until I actually saw the product. Make out of the worst material, one of the pieces before I could even get a chance to put it in my nose, snapped. You are paying anywhere from $6-$16 for a piece of plastic. You have a better chance just to go to spenders in the mall and buy a variety pack for less then that. Believe me, if I could get my money back I would in an instances, but you can't even do that. They'll only give you store credit back, which they also take 10% off of your purchase as well. Trust me and never buy from this website, you're just giving someone your money for absolute $#*! of a product.

I understand the delay but i ordered April 29 and paid for fast shipping and when It finally came on may 5. I open it to find the wrong items not even close to what I order. If they can keep up with demand don't bother selling.

Terrible service

Poor customer service who only want to argue (Shaun). I understand there's a pandemic. The world is affected. However, to be fair to myself, my order was placed 3/30/20 (and I paid an additional $2.99 for expedited processing). I still have not received my item as of today, 5/10/20.

NY state had been locked down for 2 weeks at the time I ordered my jewelry. Nowhere was there a mention ANYWHERE of a delay this great. It's not right to charge expedited processing if it's not possible.

It's also not right to not offer an explanation or make sure customers know to expect delays - I had to reach out to them and have nothing but argumentative responses. Most companies would've offered a replacement, refund, or something by now. Not bodycandy.

I tired to order nose rings for my bday I ordered it on the 1st my bday is on the 6th and Paid $7.99 for 2-3 shipping. They never sent me a shipping number. I emailed them twice to ask if it would be here by the 6th. No response. I asked could I get my $7.99 back for 2-3 day shipping no reply but, sent me a shipping number on the 8th and it's the 10th and my order still haven't been sent out for delivery! Take your service elsewhere!

I placed an order back in March, I emailed them to let them know I made a mistake with the shipping address. Supposedly it was not a big deal and corrected, $5 shipping fee waived and it was resent (BC*******). It's May and I still have not received my order. I was also informed by SHAUN today that I should have made sure my order was correct before placing it and that I can't get a refund because all sales are final and it's my fault after someone else told me it wasn't a big deal and taken care of. There is NO customer service and I will NEVER order from this business again. Don't waste your time or money. If you don't receive your order you will be told it's your fault and you can pay $5 for reshipment.

I these! They're super cute, and internally threaded which means they're high quality and less likely to fall out. They are good material, as I'm allergic to the cheap stuff and they haven't irritated me. They're shiny and cute and comfortable, and literally arrived in two days. I couldn't be happier!

Nervous now

I ordered two horseshoe lip rings and a pair of butterfly earrings from this website, without reading reviews (that's my fault), and now that Im reading the reviews, I'm a bit afraid. My order took forever to come and once it did i found out via a note in the envelope that they couldn't fulfill one of my orders. On top of that one of the earrings i ordered was completely different from the picture. I'm usually easy going and stuff like this doesn't really bother me but i was just really let down.

I don't know why they can still stay in business with so many bad reviews. I never receive my order and all I get is just excuses and bull$#*!, already made a complaint on BBB (Better Business Bureau)
