I received my order very quickly and was more than satisfied. My friend was right when she told that it's a great site.
I've never had so many problems ordering online. It kept kicking me out. I tried for days. I finally called customer service to place the order. It took forever because I got the new person. I got an order # which is USELESS because there is no where on the website to check order status! And the account that the new person started for me shows NO ORDERS. So what am I supposed to look up? How can a website not have a check order status where you can put the # in? Oh... it's a site that sucks you in wastes your time. I will never order from BB again.
I went to Bobby Brown store on 26 th JAn '23 at Mall of India, Noida. There i read it was written 5 min make up tip free and 20 min make up tip free. But i am extremely sorry to state that the sales persons one boy and one girl even on my request of 10 time s they dis not share. I felt very insulted. This is how BOBBY Brown deals with its customer. It was my first time at the store but very bad and for 5 min or 20 min they hasd the time to argue with me but they did not have time to give me tip. Was i asking too much on top of that they did not give a mini bag to carry my lipstick. Dis i go to nay gali ka shop jaha samman ko haath me pakra diya( DID igo to any local shop where the shopkeeper will give u things i your hand. Very very bad experience.
Fast shipping overall. Excellent products to boot. The only issue is the return process which, when trying makeup or any of a cosmetics line, can take a while to endure until you are credited or exchanging (trail and error for shadings and such) A makeup artist friend recommends going in person to a Bobbi Brown counter and experimenting w/ product and for efficiency if needed, mail order your usuals but when experimenting w/ colors and new products, definitely go in person to a counter. Again, customer service has been sometimes dodgy, be wary of the "post your photo so we can color match you" as nothing and we mean NOTHING can beat color matching in person. There is a gamble with such and often those customer service agents are not trained to truly color match and some are even just "guessing" what your shade is and such. Again, color match at the counter in person and order your usuals via the website.
