Boats. Net has great prices on products. The website site is very easy to use when looking for parts. Fast shipping, I have used them twice and both times the parts were in stock and I received them within just a few days!

The boats. Net team always gets my orders sent out quickly! Usually same day as long as everything is in stock. The only issue I have is with USPS. I would rather pay more for a private shipping company. Maybe DOGE will clean up the usps.

Very good place to be able to look up boat parts.i like the diagrams you can see what part you need and where it goes. Placed several orders with them, great experience to date. One thing, I wish when there is a back ordered line item on your order I would like to have them send the other items rather than hold the whole order until the back ordered part came in or at least give you the option. Not a deal breaker though!

This is a great platform to look up parts for just about any motor or drive. They almost always have the items in stock. If you need to call customer service, they are always very friendly and helpful. The only problem is USPS shipping is the worst in the world. We need a dedicated tab on the shipping screen in checkout for either UPS or Fed EX. The extra expense, in most cases, far out ways the extra time wasted waiting on USPS. Please give some thought to making that happen. I will always choose to pay extra for UPS shipping.

Website is straightforward and by entering model no. Of your outboard motor the system displays the different groups of main assemblies with a pictorial diaphragm along with a corresponding parts list with specific part no's. Of each part for ordering purposes. Communication once an order is placed is also very good and parts are shipped quickly with tracking information provided to you automatically once the shipment takes place. Highly recommend for ordering any outboard motor part as prices are very competitive and overall service is hard to beat.

There are very few places where you can call and get people that want to help you and make you feel like you're not being rushed.

I own a mobile marine service business. Providing maintenance solutions for customers is a big part of what I do. 90% of the time boats.net meets expectations. However, on more than one occasion I've paid for 2 day shipping and it's taken 4 days to receive the parts. This delay will typically cost me double- reason being, the customer needed the part for a quick repair and if I don't deliver at a certain time I lose the customer and now have a part I have to sit on. Outside of this minor inconvenience, boats.net meets expectations.

Ordered an ignition switch for a Mercury engine, does not fit. Called company back to return part, they said it would take a couple of hours to receive email return authorization. Have not heard back yet, 24 hours later. Now I have to call again and waste MY time.

Spent the extra on the 3 day shipping, parts did arrive on time. Purchased water pump kit, fuel filter housing kit and fuel line connector. Parts were great quality. Prices a bit high but I wanted to get another 20yrs out of her, so we'll see. Will buy from again. Diagrams made it much easier to lookup parts and order the correct parts the first time without guessing.

Parts diagrams are detailed and numbered well, however quantities are deceiving when you place the order. A help screen pop-up would aid and perfect thiis. If a device item requires 2 washers and 4 bolts, when ordering, please have that quantity per line item. Shipping was fairly quick, and was pleased with customer service..

It would be even better if they would highlight on the diagrams the non- reusable parts you will need for various maintenance projects, or have suggested kits if for example you are replacing low pressure fuel pumps. What will I need?
