The order process, prices were a smidge higher but was supposed to have a faster turn around so I didn't mind. It was given to USPS in GA and within the day it was in florida just an hour or so from me, however, USPS changed the day to Saturday delivery which was great! But they held the package sat and Sunday then delivered it on Monday. So it wasn't anything on this store but the partnership with usps
Ordered prop as their system went down. Could not get a confirmation. When entering my preliminary order number back when system was up... system kept reporting no order found. Never received a confirmation. Gave up and ordered from another source.
But it DID arrived. All beat up and the box damaged. When I call to explained the situation... I was given an RMA... no problem... but the cost to ship return was on me. I asked about the free returns and was told they'll accept it back without a restocking charge... even if their system was in partial blame? It cost $56. To return. Doesn't sound like a free return as advertised. Beware.

I purchased a new carburetor for my 2003 Mercury 50 hp outboard and the price was the best, so along with the free shipping it was the obvious choice. It arrived in a timely manor and was exactly what I ordered so all in all a very good transaction. Will definitely use them again when the time comes.

Ididn't have part#for motor that ordered 1st so then i looked again and found ot that was wrong motor so ordered second one and its'the right one.thank you mr.george! for helping me with return.
I purchased a boat part but when it arrived, I thought it was the wrong part. So I called Customer Service. Let me tell you…. Mike was on point! After describing what I thought was the issue, he walked me through the catalog, finding the right part (which I thought was the wrong part), and then informed me on how the part should fit. He even waited on hold while I put the part on!
