Been ordering for a few years and they have never failed with deliveries. They are on time long as no back order and any issues I had they were professional and quick to help my orders get sorted out.
I needed some parts ASAP so in the evening I processed an order for several items that all said they were "In Stock" I chose "Rush" shipping as opposed to "Priority" It was the most expensive and while it mentioned in stock items would ship faster it didn't in any way elaborate on one of the most obsurd shipping practices I've heard of any company.
When I did a follow up phone call the next day as I hadn't received tracking. They told me Rush means to Rush the order to the truck that is waiting departure to go to UPS. So most of my items were put on the truck at 8am fantastic but they didn't go to UPS to go out that day they sat there and didn't even leave the warehouse to be taken to UPS till 8pm. One item also in stock didn't hit the truck at the same time but did get there during the same day on the same truck before 8pm and was givin a different postal label to go UPS mail innovations or extra snail mail. Where it changes carriers mid delivery to postal service. Where I paid expedited shipping with another provider that same night I got it next day. My rush shipping with boats.net put me into mid next week and resulted in me having to drive to the post office for the last part that got lost at their local branch not even delivered to my home. This shipping is an extremely false representation I likely would have received all items in tack same box sooner for free but it was urgent and the misssrepresentation cost money and time. I would have done it over the phone with an overnight if I knew this was an option.
