Overall service is good, but your design/tech team approach has some glaring problems. From the client side...
1. I have a hearing deficiency and the non-english accents often makes it impossible to converse.
2. The skill level runs the gamut, exceptional to fair.

It is almost a week that I have asked to cancel 3 websites. I know you are not authorized, but there is a problem deleting the websites. kuckyalbums.com / konpoliexclusive.com / klorart.com I asked and got the information that the problem will be solved by higher technical department. This happens a week ago. And I see the 3 websites are still there and has note "Delete Error" This is the reason I have 2 stars. I will wait 2-3 days more and if I see the error is not solved, I will move all my 20+ domains to another hosting company.

I am not able to access the Websites section in my control panel, even as a paying customer. So now what do I do? I'm just paying for a service that I can't access. The new interface makes it nearly impossible to find things such as the cPanel and other important parts of my account. My account payments history is basically missing and My hosting accounts are now actually listed under sub-accounts. I've been with Bluehost for over 10 years. This is the most difficulty I've had with accessing my accounts and working on my websites.

Overall sound implementation

Overall sound implementation. Picture transfer process is tedious and import fails a lot (Ruby error). SSH/SFTP documentation poor to support that transfer and FTP should be locked down. Why do I have to endure and upsell page every time I log in to manage files?
