Overall easy to use dashboard. Support team were very helpful with a technical query. I do find it slow to load photos to my WordPress site and get lots of time outs due to the server.

My website has been down very frequently in the past couple of weeks, without any notification whatsoever from Bluehost. I have never been able to get in touch with a customer service representative through the chat service. Today, I logged into my account and for about an hour it told me I no longer had any websites with Bluehost. The issue seems to have been resolved, but I'm very disappointed in the lack of responsiveness and customer attention.
