I have no clue or experience in what I am doing. Maybe it is just me but I don't know where wordpress starts and bluehost begins. Than you throw in the emails an Google analytics down load. Wow. But we will get through it and be smarter for it.

Response rate is very slow

Response rate is very slow. Agents giving different solutions. It seems they do not know how resolve technical issues, and follow a manual without really understanding the issue. Agents give conflicting messages. It took me from 9:30am to 5:30 to set emails and I still have issues

Pathetic service

I have been calling them since morning and whenever i call them they tell me to wait for a while( they say that we are checking the issue) and after that they are not responding to me. Now this is 4th time in a row and everyone of them is doing the same thing saying that we are checking the issue and then after 10 or 15 minutes they are disconnecting the call.

Y'all made it sound like creating a wordpress website was going to be a breeze... both Bluehost and Google should be hung up by there toes and drained of all bodily fluids and then drawn and quartered! Y'all ripped me the $#*! OFF!

I came to blue host on an introductory offer, which included a domain for free. I selected my domain of choice and paid, but then when I created my account and accessed it, it didn't show the domain I had chosen. I had to purchase the domain for 2 years for an additional $50+. I contacted support to try and resolve this issue, but was just told that "refunds can not be issued on domains". If that is the case, then please fix the introductory offer so it doesn't state something that isn't true.

Customer service is hard to get in contact with. Customer service representatives do not have my best interest. My site was hacked and instead of getting help I was upsold a product I did not want. I found another solution with a different company that had better customer service.

So far, my questions have not been answered. I have had some messages left by helping staff while I have been away from home, but when I try to return their calls, I get a message saying they cannot connect me at this time. So, I still have no idea how to start, and I still have not had help, although I can tell that people have attempted to contact me and I have attempted to contact them. Perhaps when people leave messages, they could also leave a time and day when they can be reached. That would be helpful.
