I've been with you for years and as of today I think I'm done. Your purchasing process is exhaughsting and full of up sells and traps. I just want to get my domain name and go. Also I hate the email layouts. Google is much simpler and easier to use.

The control panel is getting worse every day, its design is uglier and less functional. To make matters worse, the online service doesn't even work, I can mention, for example, a backup I requested with a deadline of 48, and it's been more than a week since I received a response. Some time ago, I spent 4 days without the emails working. Blue Host is disappointing overall and in every area it can.

My bank is, even more - doesn't work paypal payment as well! When years and years I was using same PayPal address for my payment

I've had some technical issues that the support teams struggled to fix for me, but in the end things seem to be working. I do worry if there is ever something serious that goes wrong, because in that case I'm not sure I can rely on the support to fix it quickly and effectively.
