I upgraded to professional email, 3 accounts, and it won't let me setup or assign them, every time I try is says "looks like something went wrong, please try again". I was on with chat support and they said try again later they were having server issues. That was yesterday and today it still won't let me assign those 3 emails.

After user clicks to buy the protection the cart isn't available to chose from on the webpage, the user must click the bluehost button at the top left corner to open up the dashboard and for the cart to be seen. I have been with Bluehost for 15 years and the call-in and online chat service is the worst that I've ever experienced anywhere on the entire internet, and I use a LOT of apps due to online marketing.
They refuse to escalate a problem as if they're afraid to do so even when they don't know the problem solution. Will they be punished?! They are impossible to understand on the phone due to accents. The individuals, I'm sure try the hardest they can, but they simply are not able to make a customer feel well-cared for. I've NEVER left a chat or phone call feeling good or relieved. Instead, I've been angry, frustrated and on the verge of tears. I am angry to have paid for 5 years of hosting up-front, and I can't even find a way to the accounting services to see what, if anything can be done. As soon as my subscription is due, I will shut down and move on.

It's decent. I don't appreciate the upsell everytime I log in. I understand from a marketing perspective however it is quite annoying. I was also targeted with many ads from blue host after I already purchased. (Right after I purchased) Poor segmentation and I would wait a little before trying to suck more money out of an individual. Seems a bit disingenuine.
As far as product its decent but doesn't impressed me that much. Would not go out of my way to recommend it to a friend.
After 4 times contacting tech support, my website is STILL not live. I'm going to try again ONE MORE TIME today and if the tech support person is unsuccessful at helping me put my WordPress website up live, then I'm going to cancel my subscription and use a hosting company that actually wants to help me. I have always had success before BlueHost, but now I'm realizing that the company does not have people who understand what they are doing. I would love to give a 5 stars as hate being that guy, but this has been going on for a month and I'm simply tired and don't want to deal with this incompetence anymore. So, in conclusion, the problem is simple: the people working in tech support have ZERO initiative to ensure that my website is working. (Side Note: I've only had time to call during the weekend, so I wonder if there is a difference between those who work during business hours vs weekend hours.) This has been a very miserable experience.
Oh, and the customer service person who I spoke with on my second phone call realized that I agreed to pay for specific service and refunded $37 to my PayPal. But not even an hour after I gave this person a 5 star rating they canceled the refund which put an incredible bad taste in mouth for BlueHost. That experience alone was enough to cancel my subscription and report BlueHost to the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. You cannot lie or mislead customers like this. It is decieptful and ethically wrong on so many levels. If this is how you treat your customers then you deserve to have investigations opened and to be audited. I'm going to start looking for companies that are not owned by EIG because it appears there is pattern going on here

This company has gone in the toilet over the last year. I changed from them to start over the price increase on developer hosting, then tried to start transferring domains, and had to wait 10 days to get a Authorization code. After which I initiated the transfer on 12/09 and on 12/21 the domain still had not transferred, so they threatened to close my account, after questioning them about the problem. I got 3 different responses as to the problem, and no resolution until I paid the renewal to transfer the domain to another provided. Of by which was told Bluehost would not stop the transfer now that it had been initiated. When I asked to give a review about my experience, I was told they do not allow unhappy customers to give reviews over the phone. Oh, and by the way this came from a supervisor. Plus, they have no BBB account and could not find them on Google business to give a review there. Since then I have transferred to InMotion and Liberation Technology Services. Great service and promote America First
Unfortunately, this platform is NOT user friendly in my opinion. U have used plenty of other platforms and I never ever had so much difficulty setting them up. However, with this platform, I am just stuck no matter how many videos and tutorials I have watched already.

BlueHost support is some of the worst I've ever experienced. It's night and day difference versus InMotion Hosting. They hire American support agents who actually take care of what you need as opposed to BlueHost who take forever to reply just to tell you nothing that helps.
After receiving explicit assurance from your support team that my services would not expire, they did and my website and emails have been down for >3wks now. This is having a material impact on my business, and despite raising multiple support tickets there appears to be no urgency in your addressing the problem.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
