Terrible bluehost hosting these days. In 2013 until 2017, it was best but not they are terrible. User interface is no good and the there's constant push to buy additional products.
We have been having a issue with the migration of our website from the Plus hosting to Basic hosting. They migrated an old version of the website and have not fixed it to what was the current version of the website despite many phone calls. We have spent hours and hours on the phone trying to get this all accomplished as well as spent alot of money on it with still no results.
I would like it if you could help me not just host my account for Google but actually assist me with accessing my google accout for updates etc. instead of giving me several phone numbers to speak with GOOGLE AND AI after being on hold for long times

Even after paying for spam filters the amount of spam I get in emails is ridiculous AND my business emails to other customers are often flagged and blocked.
I do see Bluehost trying to change somethings to make user experience better.
Nice to see. For me, I want to do less and not have to go through so many steps get things done. Having said that I am not a full time design builder. Word press I believe is a hassle to use, AI builder's that are coming interest me.
As an 82-year-old Real Estate Broker with no programming experience, I did my homework on website hosts before signing up with blue host in the December 2022.
Shortly they are after, I dove headfirst into learning how to program and build a website from scratch; no copy and paste, or packaged site.
And I had a great experience. So much so, that one of now five websites I've designed already won a national award ranking that site in the top 25% of content providers,
But starting about three months ago, before blue Host launched their new Site, I began to run into endless blacklisting on my IP site. And when my site is blacklisted, I am unable to access any of the modules that allow me to modify, improve, or grow the websites. I work so hard to create.
And nothing I tried through any resource available to me on blue Host made any Improvement in that situation over a period of nearly 3 months.
If my site was infected, I had bought site lock from blue Host and when blue hose could not resolve the problem, they told me to go call site lock.
When I called site, I wasted more than an hour with their tech-support team before being told "but you bought that package from blue Host and you need blue Host to resolve the issue …"
WTF?
Now, even weeks later, I am still unable to access and download the data packages for those various sites so that I can relocate them to a vendor who is able to provide that service.
I learned a very long time ago and asked him I am sad to repeat: "Nothing changes but the date…" when it come to receiving service you've already paid for in advance.

I was new to creating a webpage for my blog. I found working with Bluehost and Wordpress manageable for someone with little experience.
Lots of important things broken:
- some email forwarders aren't working properly
- poor tech support
- new navigation is not intuitive and hard to find things
- can't access some of the DNS records
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
