I don't like the change in login. I don't like that it I have to click through multiple things to get to my webpage. I don't like that some times I have to input the code several times before it works.
Site keeps crashing -- cannot get into my account. ICloudfare keeps showing up saying your site isn't available.
BLuehost is okay for hosting but that's about it. The site to build your own site is hard to navigate and if you use the website builder option it has a lot of errors and your site doesn't work half the time. Bluehost customer support fixes the issue for a while and then it happens again and again.
Unfortunately, I keep running into unnecessary problems with Bluehost. Plugins and builders are full of bugs and the chat function and reps are not always very helpful.

1) When I log in, why is the first thing I see an advertisement for another service? Every time? Is this an advertisement site? Quit that!
2) I had all my services set to NOT auto-renew. Deliberately. (See previous case files, if you want to know more, as to why.)
Yet clicking on the "Log In" link in an email you sent me advertising auto-renew seems to suddenly, "magically" have set that service back to auto-renew! Why? (No, I did *not* click the "Enable auto-renew" link in that email, just the "Log In" link.)

Something like setting up a domain and connecting it with google workspace should be a 10 min. Thing. After four support requests, and 3+ hours, we are playing ping-pong with support. Just go to a better, mature platform.

The usability of the bluehost site is great. Customer support has been atrocious. My entire site disappeared, and now it's WRONG. No one knows what's going on with my account when I contact into Bluehost. The Chat feature vs. the call feature give me completely different answers. Response times are TERRIBLE. Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
