Responsive to requets and have good services. Only issue is with mh e-mail being reconnected to a different viewer such as Outlook. It has taken three weeks and I still don't have it connected but at least my e-mail is working again.

It sure seems like you keep adding things to charge me for, such that I can't keep track of what they are or what they do. The cost of your services has consistently gone up. I will be switching hosts soon. Even if another host does the same thing, at least I'll be better off for a while.

Crappy service on my second Bluehost account after having been a member for more than 10 years. I still have issues with the new site/domain I have built out and it is ALL hosting related. I wish I had built with Godaddy.

Everything seems to be laid out well and customer support is responsive and nice, but you used to have better support options. I picked BlueHost bc I want control of everything, but it can feel a little sprawling at times for a relative amateur.

The free url registration was unnecessarily confusing as someone who has used sitehost and others before. It was misleading and led to us needing to reauthenticating our theme codes meaning reaching out to our theme support.
