Sent me a product VERY DIFFERENT from their screens advertising the product. Emailed pic of what they sent, vs. screenshots of what they advertised, and a detailed email of the differences, and a polite request they send WHAT THEY ADVERTISED. Replied with a request I send a pic of what I received - WHICH I SENT WITH MY 1ST EMAIL! Sent the pic AGAIN, described their SWITCHED PRODUCT, and repeated my request for the ADVERTISED product. Replied that "shipping dept. sent you 'E. S.' license-frame product", NOT THE U.S. LICENSE-FRAME PRODUCT THEY AADVERTISED, AND WRONG ON SEVERAL CRITICAL FUNCTIONS! Emailed back & forth; they finally offered me a "REFUND" for what they calculated was the difference between what I paid vs. the SWITCHED PRODUCT THEY SHIPPED ME! In frustration, now knowing they would never ship me the advertised product, I agreed to their SCAM OFFER of 9 U.S. dollars. I DID receive that "refund", but NEVER an admission that
THEY ARE A BAIT-AND-SWITCH SCAM BUSINESS!

Do not do any business with this company. I received the wrong backup camera and it goes back and forth for an exchange pr refund. First they offered $5, then $7 but no full refund or exchange. The unit was supposed to be wireless but the one that was sent was wired and no monitor included. I had to put a resolution in with my bank today after dealing with them since August 24. BEWARE
They won't send you the right product. They're a scam don't waste your money. This could be a fake company!
Purchased a backup camera for my 20 y/o car. This backup camera was "NO WIRES" has a battery and is hooked up to IPhone via app. Took almost a month and when I received it, it was the wrong camera. Contacted Bluegreen. Shop and Yitengzumingg who I purchased the item from. They acknowledged that they sent the WRONG item. They refused to send me a free return label because this company is NOT reputable. They informed me that if I wanted to get my money back I would have to mail the $25 item back to China. Naturally I called Discover for a dispute and will contact the BBB to complain also. When a company ADMITS THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM will not standup and send a free label to send it back to China, They tell me if I want my money back I have to spend the money to ship the item back to China. Stay away from this company, they are deceitful and as you see cannot be trusted.
