Ordered in April. Didn't get any confirmation. Ordered again. Had to shore up on my account. ONly offer through chat/emails. Rep was sarcastic... less than helpful. I received a link from a company called Zinio. Didn't recognize that. Well that's the company they use for digital subscriptions. Could have saved an hour by giving me that info up front. Supervisor -they don't talk to us their customer - expect a text. I don't trust the company and don't intend to continue.
Run away or lose money! Never received a thing. Sent cancellation. Again, I haven't heard a thing.
If it sounds too good to be true, its a scam.
Purchased magazine subscription thru Groupon ( 3 magazines for 12 issues each) I only received 1 magazine. After months waiting I contacted customer service many times and still no response. This entire thing is a SCAM. I cancelled all 3 magazines thru website, but it better not Auto- renew and charge my credit card or I will go to the BBB
Very bad company that has different rules for different offers, then when customer service is contacted they claim you didn't follow the rules. I ordered two magazines and one you had to email in order to cancel so it wouldn't renew at full price, the other you could go on the site to cancel. The first they allowed the subscription to run after I emailed cancellation to the end of the term, the second through the site they didn't. I have been back and forth with this painful company and they don't even have a concept that they have different rules. Their emails are also fraudulent about the amount of savings they give you and "best offer ever." Their offers are always the same and they should be reported to the government for making false statements.
They subscribed me to a hateful magazine that I did not order. They have a non responsive customer service.

For a magazine that I never received!Contacted company thru a live chat option ( because of course you can not find a number to contact anyone) to be told there is a paper shortage! What a joke! Do not order from them complete scam! Why isn't zero stars an option?
Ordered two magazines with the $2 each offer. Never received any magazines. Luckily I canceled before auto-renewal, but the $4 I paid is not refundable. Now I have to make sure that they dont go ahead and charge me the renewal fee anyway.
Nice scam they got going, huh? Get a few $$$ from people for a deal on magazines and then give zero magazines and keep the $$$. Oh well, live and learn!

I ordered a magazine through Blue Dolphin via a Groupon voucher. I redeemed the voucher and paid Blue Dolphin a $1.99 processing fee. The confirmation I received indicated I would get my first magazine within 6-10 weeks. It has been 18 and I have received nothing. In addition, despite the fact I keep trying to unsubscribe from their emails, they continue to spam my inbox.
I purchased a magazine subscription deal through Groupon. It turns out they use Blue Dolphin magazines as a third party to "fulfill" the subscriptions. I was charged for the subscription the day I signed up and issued a redemption code which didn't work. I contacted Blue Dolphin several times about the faulty code, as instructed by Groupon, without success. After a week of failure, it took publicly complaining about the issue on Groupon's social media to get them involved. Groupon declined my request for a refund. I eventually got a new redemption code from them which appeared to work. Yet its now been 13 weeks since I was charged for my subscription and I've never received it. Groupon keeps referring me back to Blue Dolphin, and Blue Dolphin won't respond to me or just tries to stall. Yet they have no problem spamming me with frequent junk emails trying to get me to buy more magazines. SMH. I know it's not a lot of money, but I've opened a dispute case with my credit card company on principle - I think Blue Dolphin is either in over their heads and can't fulfill their contractual obligation, or they actually count on profiting from people just writing off the money they spent for a product they won't receive.
My magazine never arrived. It's two months later and nothing no magazine, just a bunch of promo emails from them.

My bank refunded over$60! In charges they hacked from my account. Thiefs. Scammers.
They are constantly trying to take money out of my PayPal account.

They lie about the price of the subscriptions. Charge you way more than they advertise.

I ordered a subscription for my son for Christmas 2020. Put the order in early November. I contacted them in January and then again in March both times they told me that it takes a while for the publisher to get the magazines out. Here I am, nine months later with no magazines. While the subscription fee was minimal, I have nothing to show for it. Easier to let them keep a few bucks and never do business with them again than to aggravate myself trying to work with their customer support. What a scam they have going!
Absolutely awful. I ordered an annual magazine subscription back in December. We never received a single copy.
They promise delivery and then don't deliver... customer service says they're sorry. But the truth is they seem powerless to make things happen. Just an extremely frustrating experience dealing with this "company"

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. I ordered a magazine for a Christmas present. Now, in late May, it still has not been received. They took my $$$ and offered excuse after excuse: MAD Magazine changed publishers, they changed printers, they only publish quarterly and u missed the previous quarter, etc... Don't even bother to give them ur information.

Answer: Ordered 8-10 subscriptions thru them last year and received them as ordered. However, today I get a notice from my bank that there is a negative balance when I just put money in there yday. They charged everything they could, over $100, without my authorization. Didn't have a password, had to get one. No phone # to call them. No account #. No way to delete credit card info from their site. I simply paid for the subscriptions and nothing about auto renewals as I would have opted out.

Answer: After getting charged over $100 for renewals without my authorization, I go on their site. My usual password didn't work, so got one via email. Under account info is nothing but my name and email address, not even my physical address. No account number. No credit card info so I can delete my credit card info. Under Customer Care is an email address only. Nowhere on the site is a phone number. This was a second bank account, so I just put in money to pay bills. They charged 4 subscriptions equaling over $100 (negative balance now). God knows how much they would have charged otherwise.
