We have bought two watches at two different times... both experiences were great. I shopped price on both before the purchase and found Blue Dial to be the lowest both time. I certainly would shop there again!

Caveat Emptor!
July 22, 2010

Caveat Emptor! Buyer Beware! BlueDial.com has serious credibility problems and is NOT as they advertise.

Was charged over $370 for a watch they repriced for $287 the day I received it. John and Tim at Bluedial effectively (and arrogantly) said "Tough, that was the price you paid" when questioned why they don't price guarantee existing customers for their own product and/or can they refund any difference. They said I could return the watch, pay a restocking fee and buy it again... Say What?

Bluedial is Not an authorized Seiko dealer site, but they do use a modified "Seiko Authorized Dealer Site" emblem that Seiko requires for their authorized dealers. Seiko sent me their list of authorized dealers and Bluedial.com is NOT on it. This translates directly to anyone's ability to have their watch covered and serviced by the Seiko Warranty.

Bluedial.com is also Wristzone.com and have different prices for exactly the same watches.

Fwiw, I returned the watch, paid the restocking fee and bought the same watch for $230 at an authorized Seiko dealer site.

EBay bait and switch
April 18, 2021

Every selection takes you to eBay and the "good deal" doesn't exist. It's a bait and switch operation.
