My flowers were not delivered and I received a call requesting additional money before they would deliver them. This business is not legitimate. Do not use them.
ORDERED 4 DAYS AGO AND THEY RESCHEDULED DELIVERY FOR NEXT DAY. IT GOT DELIVERED TODAY. CANCELLED THEY DAY I ORDERED AND STILL DELIVERED WITH NO REFUND WHEN ORDERED ELSEWHERE ALREADY. SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
They delivered the wrong plant. A present for my Wife and it's the wrong plant. I will have to sue them to get my money back. There is a photo of the "Poinsettia" they sent.
First of all, I am disgusted at your business practices. Instead of replacing the item with something of similar value, you try to charge me $70.00 more! Almost double the cost of the original order. Then when I refused, you offer half that amount.
Second, you offer to change the date to3 days later but can only deliver it to a home address, not the hospital? And that someone can just deliver it. How does that even make sense? I could have done that originally if that was a possibility. But hey I can get a 10 dollar coupon for my next purchase?
Third, the customer service representative was told that I was extremely busy at the moment she called and I would have to call back. She refused that answer and continually interrupted me and told me that was not possible. So I told them to handle it and I hung up. She then called back 3 more times and I finally had to answer. I was I. The middle of moving my daughter out of her apartment in Winston Salem, NC and was carrying furniture down the stairs! Your customer service is terrible.
I am extremely disappointed in your service. I will be leaving negative reviews on your website and any other platform that I can find.
Supposedly I will be getting a refund but that has yet to happen.

I ordered flowers for delivery on Thursday, the 21st. At 8pm on the 22nd I was contacted by email that they could not get the flowers I ordered, but could for an extra $30. Of course, being the good company that they are, they would cut that in half and only charge me an extra $15. The email said to let them know when was a good time to call me tomorrow…which was Saturday.
Nobody contacted me. I spent over three hours trying to get a hold of customer service, only to get someone that said they could deliver the flowers I ordered next Wednesday, or for $15 they could deliver them today. They were already two days late!
Being a weekend, I had a difficult time finding another florist. If they had contacted me the day they were to be delivered, I could have called someone else. This was for a funeral! I told them it's like delivering a brides bouquet AFTER the wedding, or a Christmas tree on New Years.
I still don't know if I will ever see my $100 plus delivery ever again.

Atrocious company! This is actually SAFEWAY FLORAL! What was delivered was a hot mess of flowers arranged in a disarray, and a box with tissue. $100 down the drain! SCAM SCAM SCAM! Called, confirmed choice for arrangement of living plants basket, dictated over phone words to be written on condolence card, paid for and assured delivery following day.
Despite five separate phone calls and several e-mails and plenty of lip service, i have requested a refund and as of today, still waiting.
I called niece to confirm delivery, no delivery 6 days later.
Called and inquired as to why no completed delivery, delivery driver apparently fell ill and no immediate replacement.
I said deliver when you get a driver, said I understand.
Called about a week later, still no delivery, I asked why nobody had even phoned to let me know of more delay and could not get any kind of answer, they agreed to phone my niece and personally verify I had paid for flowers to be delivered and did so.
Nearly 1 week later niece confirmed they had phoned and would deliver the following day.
No delivery again.
Niece called May 10, no delivery once again.
I phoned and canceled order and requested refund May 23,2023
From March 2 to now, 92 days and waiting for refund since May 24,2023.
Refund assured 2-6 business days, day ten tomorrow.

They will rob you for good. They deliver a week late. And cheat you on what you ordered. Look what I ordered and paid for and what was delivered a week late.

I ordered a $75 bouquet from their website that was called VIBRANT VIOLET and included beautiful design with roses and dahlias in vibrant colors, but what The Blossom delivered was a cheap bouquet of filler flowers and no dahlias in pink and red. The recipient said that a roach fell out of the flowers and they told the delivery person, who shrugged and drove away. The website says you can have a full refund in 7 days, which the company flatly refused, OR you can ask for a re-delivery of the correct bouquet, which the company flatly refused. The company would only offer 30% discount fir their error and bad service. UNACCEPTABLE!
I tried contacting them in numerous platforms with no response! What a fraud. The email links don't work. I feel I was conned. I can't even track the package delivery.
I paid $160 for a white rose flower arrangement. Roses are brown, leaves falling off. My local grocery store sells better flowers at 1/4 the price. Do not order from Blossoms.

This is my first ever review post so bear with me. Please do not hesitate Eder from this company. We ordered a gift for someone. The gift flower arrangement is called "lavender love"we also paid a fee for expedite delivery. 1. The flowers looked completely different. The arrangement had NO lavender, see pictures.
2. The flowers were delivered 3 hours late. The person who was supposed to be surprised at her office wasn't there anymore.
When we called to complain (in a very nice way, because we are actually nice people), they asked for a picture which we provided in an email Right away. We did not receive an email or a phone call back, instead I called two days later. Again the lady on the phone was so extremely mean and cold. No apology whatsoever (I mean the surprise failed becuase of them). After her finally looking at the picture I provided she said that it looks almost the same and offered a 15% refund. We paid $110 for this gift. I really hope you read this and won't go forward with them. Let's support better florists, and most of all let's support nicer and better humans. Sorry for my long review, just so so disappointed. Don't forget to check out the pictures.
Last year I ordered a bouquet of sympathy flowers for a friend that I was assured would be delivered the same day. Immediately after placing the order (and my card was charged) I was informed the order would actually be fulfilled later in the week. Ok fine, life happens I didn't get bent out of shape. Again I placed an order just recently where I was assured the order would be delivered the same day (there was even a countdown to the cutoff time until the order could be processed the same day) I placed my order, and once again immediately received an email stating that it wouldn't be delivered until later. As an added insult to injury I awoke to a call this morning from the company stating that if I wanted it delivered on that newly set date (which was already late) that I'd have to pay an additional $20 otherwise it'd be delivered even later. This company regularly employs bait and switch tactics to secure your payment before reneging and trying trying to coerce more money out of you to actually fulfill what you already paid for. Dishonest business practices. Avoid this company at all costs.
In an effort to keep this review short, I got the same level of fraudulent service as many of the reviewers here. On Tuesday I was in a bind needing to send a quick sympathy arrangement to my mother in law for the loss of my father in law. I called to order the 'loving harmony' arrangement for $80+ in deluxe. I was assured by the agent that they could deliver it same day and had the astromelia and stargazing lies in stock. A few hours later I get an automated email saying it'll be delayed two days to get the flowers and I needed to call them back. I call and get offered a $10 refund for the issue but it'll still be two days. I'm mad, but in a bind so ok, we'll they decided to send my mother in law 11 (not even a dozen) pitiful looking white roses, not a deluxe arrangement nor what I ordered. You can literally get a better arrangement at your local grocery store.
I called and send pictures because I was upset and specifically told them multiple times that I wouldn't approve any 'florist decided' arrangement I would wait for what was ordered.
They gave me a sob story about being a small business and because they delivered the wrong flowers they could only give me a refund of 20%, which they send me $4 back… which isn't 20%
This company is fraudulent… do not use them!

Ordered there quote special deal of the day arrangement. It was described as a one of a kind bouquet. Their words. Was was delivered for $71.00 and change were 3 roses with a small amount of greenery. Their website states. " we will pick up and redeliver another arrangement if you notify us within two days of receiving the flowers". I notified them within two hours of the delivery that I was not happy at all. The flowers were ordered for my granddaughters 18th birthday. I wanted a special arrangement. I think the average person would agree 3 roses in a small vase is nice but not what you would call a special arrangement. They show arrangements of the same price with 6 roses and greenery. How do you explain that? They refused to honor their policy of redelivering another arrangement. They offered a 10% refund initially. I said no. They then offered a 25% refund, I said no I want them to honor the website and redeliver an arrangement. That's all I wanted.
Don't buy from them. Numerous other businesses to use!
I purchased a flower arrangement and upgraded to premium, which promised even more flowers than what was shown on the website. I paid for express shipping to receive the flowers before 1PM to coincide with plans I had for my wife to receive the flowers. They not only failed to deliver the flowers before 1PM, but they also delivered an arrangement that didn't look as good as the arrangement being sold on their website. The flowers and overall arrangement did not look as good and not as much flowers. I spent 1-2 hours yesterday and today trying to reach customer support, on hold, and talking to people who do not understand the issue at hand. They're choosing to hide behind a limited refund limit on their website, even though they failed to deliver on the product they were selling and on the expectations they set. I would HIGHLY ENCOURAGE anyone thinking about using these guys to just go somewhere else. If you're trying to plan for something special, do you really want to take a chance with buying flowers from these guys? You'll be spending more time talking to customer support and your bank to dispute the charge after. STAY AWAY!
Answer: The one in Duluth, Minn is a scam. They sent me a random arrangement off the shelf instead of the specific blue and white "Calming Comfort" advertised and ordered. Their "substitution" policy lets them get away with that and you will get nowhere with their bot email complaint deflection service and their third world call center complaint deflection service. Eventually I gave up but later checked my SPAM folder...they had sent me an $11.59 store coupon that expired in three days! $11.59? REALLY?! This was on an order that cost me nearly $110.00 for some RANDOM flowers.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
