Awesome painting, this one took me a while to finish, customer service is great i had some issues with the paint being dry but they sent me a new set. I love this!
These ones look a lot more vibrant and lots of designs to choose from. Really needing to finish my first four so I can buy more. New ones are really cute too!
What i will say is that no doubt on the painting quality but you guys need to be fast while responding. Maybe you have to reply a lot of people but try to response bit faster.
Their shower Curtains are very high in quality. You can make your customized curtains the way you want. They were a bit a late to deliver the order. But above all the experience is great.
Amazing product! Took me about a month to complete. Nice canvas and paints. I had lots of leftover paint. I did not use the provided brushes I used my own but the paints are quality

What a scam! NEVER order from this company unless you want to see your money disappear and have NOTHING to show for it! Customer service is non-existent and they expect you to trace a lost package that was probably sent to an address set up as a scam. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!
I like it very much. Came with a drawing you can color with pencils too. The big brush is losing hair but I think I might fix it by tightening the metal
DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My first order got "lost" so they sent the second set of pillow covers and the picture quality was the worst to say the least. There was white pieces within the photo! We couldn't see the faces on the pillow! Some sequins were missing! The customer service was even worse. They gave me the run around. "Jean" continued to email me but refused to give me a FULL refund... Believe the previous reviews! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY
I wish that I could write a better review for this website. I ordered a gift for my significant other a month and a half in advance, did not receive it in time. I understand that the company may not have a lot of control over shipping time as it does come from another country. What the company does have control over is response time, which they took a week to respond to my concerns. They also have control over the amount of shipping time they tell you, they told me over and over again "it will be there within the week" multiple weeks in a row. I do not even know what my product looks like, as it could look horrible and I have sat waiting for almost two months. I have now emailed back and forth with the company which Jean has only sent me a tracking link over and over again which has no help at all. At this point I will never order from them again regardless if the product turns out perfectly. I will never suggest anyone orders from them and I will continue to review them less than one star if I could on all platforms. I am absolutely fed up with this business, extremely unprofessional.
Never received a product. Keep saying will refund your money but haven't received money back. Very pathetic customer service. If I have option, will give them 0 star.

Ordered product, promise to deliver 5-14 days. After 18 days it still has not arrived. I'll be requesting a refund then issuing a credit card chargeback.
