Never received products after months! Reached out multiple times and still had not received after shipping was cancelled and was told the product was lost in transit. Better yet when i asked for a refund the infamous "Jean" customer service representative informed me that it was not possible.
Ordered product from Bling months ago, never received. The company claims shipping delays due to Covid, yet they still took my money (months ago) without that warning message. Sorry, it's fraud - don't accept payment for a product you'll deliver one year out - ridiculous. Unfortunately I used PayPal, so when a vendor can produce shipping details (fraudulent or not), PayPal won't refund/protect buyers. Steer clear of this company- criminal.
My artist grand daughter is still painting on this when she spends the night but she loves it. She's nine. She didn't need any instruction from me. I did give her a magnifying glass for the numbers close to face. Others are finey
I've been trying to leave reviews on their website and they never show up. After 2.5 months waiting for my product, and demanding a refund, they continue to say it's coming. They are a scam! Don't buy anything from them. They refuse to refund me and now my bank says I've waited too long to refute the charge.
Just want to let any interested buyer of Bling Painting products to beware when considering purchases. I placed an order for 2 paint-by-number kits in early April trying to help small business during the pandemic. But, I should have remembered my mom's saying, "no good deed goes unpunished." I never received my order because it was shipped to a wrong address, even though they had my correct address! I contacted Bling Painting and their response was basically "if you want to find your order, here's the U.S. Postal Service number, call them." No offer to replace the items or issue refund, and I believe they should have made an effort to resolve the matter, not me. I am very disappointed with this company and I will NEVER purchase from them again. I will also yell it from the rooftops to warn others not to buy from this business. There are others out there ALOT better!
I ordered a paint by numbers kit thinking this would be shipped in the US since their website states it's a US based company. My order was shipped from China. My order took a month to get to me. When I finally got it I reached out via email to initiate a return because I no longer needed it. I get an email back from Jean who says if there's not a quality issue we can't refund you. I asked her to show me on the website where it says that. The website says no refunds for partially or completed paint by numbers kits, mine was neither. If you notice there is no customer service phone number which should have been my first red flag. There's an email address and a phone number to text which I thought was odd. This "Jean" person can't spell much less put a sentence together correctly when she replied back to my email. Bottom line do not buy from here. I will be reporting this company to the BBB.
I never received my order. The tracking number they provide was not valid. DHL said they do. M not have a package for me. No will not return my emails or messages.
I want my money back and they are not responding in any kind of way.
I ordered from this company 3 months ago. They claimed it took a month to ship the product. Its been over 2 months since they insisted it was shipped. I've contacted them several times, They now claim due to the corona virus shipments are delayed. I've received numerous shipments from China and none took longer than 10 days to arrive. I've contacted my Credit Card Company and they are investigating this Bling transaction as a fraudulent charge, and possible Scam. Believe none of the positive reviews on this site. As the company, they are fraudulent as well.
I purchased a Christmas table cloth, but when it arrived it did not fit. I contacted the company about return/ refund. They denied my request. I was told I could purchase a larger tablecloth at half price, but they would not refund my money for a return. Do not buy from this company, unless you want to throw away money for an inferior or useless product.
Looks good! And is huge! It's perfect for hanging inside or outside! It's made of the same material as flags, so a plastic cloth like material. It states in the description that there's "no strange smell" but it does have a funny smell. I'd recommend washing it first anywaise so the creases go away!
I cannot attest to the quality of this painting because I have not received it. I ordered a paint by number on November 27 for a Christmas gift thinking it would be plenty of time. December 22 still not here. The site is very misleading it shows a local area code and number (that you can only text). My tracking shows in Commerce Ca. Since December 10? I live in Ca. And it is Dec 22 no further updates for 12 days! While texting with the company I was told 3-5 business days to process then 7-15 business days to ship. If they are sending from China that should be made clear not to expect for a month and a half. Further misleading, on Dec 10 they had a promo code XMAS15, I guess this is for people who might celebrate in February? But hey while texting I was offered $1.00 for my trouble. This is a joke, guess if it doesn't arrive by xmas in 3 days I will just wrap a picture of it.
I was really anxious buying this, knowing it could be a thin material, and not the best hanged up on a wall. But when I received it, it was in perfect condition! Amazing material, and SUPER pretty! I love it so, so, much! Thank you.
Terrible company. Ordered in 4/30 and just received 7/28. Was told 12-25 days for shipping. Jean gave me the run around every time I asked where my product was. Now I am trying to return and she is still giving me the run around telling me to contact UPS.
We ordered a photo pillow that came and was terrible quality. The picture had white spots throughout and was barely recognizable. After six emails to get a refund, they offered a refund of $3.99. Do not do business with them
I put this over one of my couches and people ALWAYS compliment it. Its lightweight, looks nice, and is easy to take off the couch and wash quickly. It has a small tear after months of dogs getting up on it, but I would say it has fared well for the price.
This was a fun paint by numbers. Did this for a friend of mine and I think she'll really like it. I've done others but I think this is also a good one to start out with if you're new to paint by numbers.
This is one of the best companies to full fill my new hobby. Customer service excellent and the products are top of the line. Many choices for everyone!
I love these pillowslip covers. Used them to cover my existing everyday throw pillows. The pillow will be larger than the opening but you carefully stuff the pillow in working it to each corner of the new cover. The material is like a tapestry. The colors are beautiful and perfect for my bench seat. I am extremely happy...!
I have to say I really like it. I found it very relaxing and the final product was very satisfying. It looks great. The paint is of good quality and bright colors. Especially considering the price, the product quality is high. The provided brushes are very suitable for the desired painting. I really like this product...

RATING IS ZERO - (0) reviewed website, company address is a Delaware (USA) address - I ordered and live in DELAWARE, they now tell me my order.item is being processed in HONG KONG to now my order will not reach me in time for my event - this is not right, They do not tell you that items are being shipped internationally. They SUCK - DO NOT ORDER - everything comes from Hong Kong and orders will not come or be 30 days shipped. They use the delaware address for tax purposes only since their actual company is in Hong Kong, do not order if you think you will get it processed and shipped in US - they are deceitful READ EVERYTHING. I also tried to cancel and they told me it would be $10 product fee for an item not even started - this is a company I would never try again.
