They keep their word.

We had ordered new blinds to replace old, old ones and had received 6/7. We had no problems putting them up & they fit perfectly. When #7 came, I realized I'd ordered the wrong one... it fit fine but the style and color was wrong for the room, my mistake, not theirs. I expected to have to take a loss, but they graciously refunded my purchase price (minus s/h & a small fee) and it went towards the right blind, which the customer service rep helped me order. Because the cost "to return the wrongly ordered blind would be prohibitive", they suggested I donate it. The quality & prices are solid... the service is solid, they have earned a customer for life!

Excellent customer service

Blinds just as described! Quality great for the price. Was missing one box of hardware shipper obviously lost it called customer service received missing hardware in two days!
Happy customer will definitely do business again!

No communication on backorder!

I ordered 12 sets of blinds and 12 sets of shades. There was no issue with the blinds. However, the material for the shades was on backorder. There was no communication from Blindster. I discovered the delay when I went in to the web site to check on the status of the order. I was given an updated projected date, but that was missed. I ended up cancelling the order and going with a different company as I had no confidence that Blindster could execute on my order in a timely fashion.

Fast, Easy, & Looks Great!

I was doing a lot of research to try to find blinds and have them cut to my measurements. Ive never been so happy to find such a great company who takes quality in their work. The pricing was great and the staff was very pleasant to work with. Ordering online was also very easy! I will definitely be back to buy more blinds in the future!

Love my new wood Blinds!

Initially I ordered several samples of the faux wood blinds. The samples came quickly and I was able to choose just the right style. The measuring instructions online where great and easy to follow.
I ended up ordering several different sizes, and my order was delivered quickly and packaged very well.
The blinds were installed quite easily and fit perfectly. I couldn't be more pleased with Blindster!

A little disappointed

I'm a little disappointed in my blinds. The cellular fabric is very nice. The handles are a VERY poor design though and don't really work. I'm also disappointed in the internal mechanism. They are hard to pull down and louder than other shades I've seen. My mom commented on the noise they make. Between the poor handle design and being hard to pull down it's frustrating. I've thought about videoing them being pulled down and sending it to the company.

I already have ordered two perfect fitting blinds from Blindster a few weeks ago. This was my second order, this time for an outside mount, which I was a little unsure of my measurements. I contacted customer service and Kelleyrepkied promptly to my question and got my order straightened out. I thought I was dealing with a big online retailer, but really it felt like dealing with a small business that still cares about customer service. If it weren't for Kelley, my order would've been wrong. Very impressed in the level of service.

Perfect Again!

Very Satisfied. I had purchased one blind (2' faux wood) for our upstairs bedroom about a year ago as a test run to see how Blindster.com worked. That experience was great. So, when it came time to remodel and purchase the remaining blinds, I knew exactly where to turn: Blindster.com. I could not be more pleased. We have some tricky windows in our house, but with Blindster.com's simple measuring directions all the blinds worked perfectly. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for window coverings. Called Customer Service, She was very friendly, actually felt like I was talking to someone I already knew!
Got the samples, picked the one we wanted, called back and ordered, everything went great. Happy with the quality. Our shades are 42 inched wide and we ordered the cordless, not sure I'd do that again. Somewhat difficult when raising them to keep them level.
I would order from Blindster.com again.
