Great quality

We moved into a new house and needed window coverings. We chose room darkening shades for most of the windows with some top and bottom opening. The quality of these shades is wonderful. The installation was fairly easy too. We're very satisfied.

Great blinds and great service!

This is our 5th time ordering blinds from Blindstwr and they always arrive in great condition and as ordered. This time we ordered a loop cird (which was new fie us) and we ended up having questions. The customer service rep was really nice and very helpful.

It's OK

Our last purchase was the deluxe cellular (top up bottom down) and we are very happy with that
This time we purchased the deluxe cellular light filtering (top up bottom down)and, most likely a design faulty issue: when you pull the shade down, the top does not stay up in place, but falls down. Then when you want to put up the blind, you need to do it very carefully as it bunches up upon itself and is not a smooth closing.

Terrible Experience

Did not send blinds to my measurements and proceeded to tell me I didn't know what I was doing. I got a refund minus 10% and don't plan on dealing with Blindster ever again. I've told many people about my experience.

Smooth Transaction

We were moving into a new house and needed to change the window coverings on 16 windows! Taking measurements and placing the order online was easy and hassle free. We love how the blinds look! Great quality. We hired a handyman to install and they were installed in no time flat. We were so pleased with our purchase that my parents ordered from Blindster for their new home.

There was an issue with the shipping time, and the customer service person was so helpful and did a great job making sure we got our blinds on time!

Highly recommend!

Love Blindster!

Our blinds arrived on time, for perfectly and look great, all without having to go to the store. The price is always right, too. This is the second time we've uses Blindster and already plan to order window coverings for the rest of our house within the year and for our son's house next year, also.

Not impressed.

The advertised timeline was not met, no instructions sent with the product, shipped as two different orders arriving a week apart, wrong size on one blind causing another delay with project completion, the replacement blind arrived damaged, no correspondence as declared by an associate who went on vacation without taking care of the promised return phone call. For Petes sake my name isn't even correct in the request for this survey. Not surprised.

Ordered Super Value Cordless Single Cellular Shades and 2" faux wood blinds and am very pleased with product and all the wonderful, patient and helpful staff I contacted. Will recommend Blindster.com to anyone I hear that is interested in buying blinds, I do not generally give recommendations on such things but this will be an exception. These blinds are exactly how I imagined they would be. They fit so well in the house and look awesome. I was skeptical at first because of some reviews but if you measure properly they fit so well without a hitch.

Lost credit card number.

After ordering I received a call at night that my credit card info was mistakenly deleted and they would need it again. I called the next working day and reordered. Over the next couple of weeks that card number was used many times at various locations without our knowledge.

You can view our SSL security certificate by clicking on the lock symbol in the address bar on any page of our website. In addition, our IP records show that neither order was placed over the phone. Both orders were placed from an IP address that matches your city and state.

Disappointed

The first delivery came with a rod and cord, but I ordered cordless. When I called customer service the lady initially tried to convince me that's how they come. After discussing further she finally agreed the order was wrong. The second blind came, but I can't get it to tilt?

GREAT EXPERIENCE

Blindster is very customer orientated. We remodeled our "toy house" and order Roman shades from Blindster. Perfect fit for the windows (facing West to get our afternoon sun). No issues and easy to install.
