Overall experience was good. I requested color samples and I recieved then right away. Website ordering was straight forward and easy. The shipping was quick, however when I recieved the blinds they were crushed. Fortunetly the valance covers the severe damage to the metal housing and I was able to bend it back to shape somewhat for functionality. Not necessarily the fault of blindster, possibly the shipping company. Didn't want to deal with any hassle so I just made it work. Shipping aside I would do buisness again and recommend the company to those looking for quality blinds at a reasonable price.

First time user, had a minor problem with one of the Roman shades, fantastic customer service and immediate replacement /'problem resolved.
Measuring and ordering was easy, installation was fast (even for me!) and the order was accurate! What could be easier or better! Did I mention the pricing was very reasonable?
You sent me the wrong shade and I have yet to receive the shade that I ordered!
First I ordered a sample to check out the material. Shades came in about 2 weeks, very easy to install and look fantastic. While the shades aren't cheap, they certainly look and feel like I paid much more than I did. Very happy with my purchase and have referred Blindster to my sister who is looking to replace several window coverings.
Blindsters are the superstars, period. The faux wood blinds are the same ones you get for twice the price everywhere else, great quality. One of the blinds I ordered was cut wrong and they told me to keep it and try and use it somewhere else while immediately shipping me the correct one; no charge for anything and took me at my word. Also made in America, which I really like. This company is the best, ten stars!

I previously purchased some 1" mini blinds and were very satisfied with the price and quality. I realized I needed another one3 years later and found my previous order via email and easily reordered the same blinds at still a good price and there shipping was about a week.
I sent for samples and they were very helpful. I also did a live chat with a representative that was very helpful. The blinds came and we followed the directions for hanging. All went well, and we are very pleased.

Blindster was great to deal with. The product was shipped within a few days of the order and in transit time was fast. I had a slight misunderstanding of my web order, but the support staff was friendly, quick to respond, and resolved all issues. The product seems of good quality but only time will tell. Due to the need to follow-up and needed clarity on the order process I gave four starts. After going through the process the first time I expect my second order with Blindster would be five starts.
