From the start of ordering on the website, to delivery of the finished product, Blindster was 100% perfect! The custom blinds ordered were exactly as ordered and VERY NICE! Everything fit perfectly and the space is completely different in a very positive way. Blindster is so good, they actually sent me a pair of hold-downs that I forgot to order, from simple call to customer service... and they came quickly too. VERY HAPPY and have ordered twice more since and super happy with those orders so far as well.

I ordered three sets of blinds for windows in a manufactured home where the measurements were all slightly different. Using the company guidelines for measuring I received the blinds quickly and all fitted perfectly and were in excellent working order. I was very pleased with the outcome and would recommend the company.
I purchased some faux wood blinds, around 72" long. Unfortunately, the locking mechanism to keep the blinds mounted is poorly designed. If you are pulling the chords to draw the blinds up at an angle, the locking mechanism pop out, and the header will come crashing down. If you don't catch it in time, it will break your nose.
I also bought a sunscreen from them, and it isn't cut evenly. The side will wander around quarter inch. So if you're mounting inside a window frame, beware. It may hit the inside of the frame before unrolling all the way down.
After following the measuring instructions, It was easy to place the order. Everything fit like a glove and was quick and easy to install. The final look is like a custom interior design.
Our blind came in damaged and the customer service team was quick to help and the new one came in perfect! Great quality, great price, thank you!
Ordered two sets of vertical blinds, they arrived early, and after installing the first set, they fit perfectly. On attempting to install the second set, discovered that the headrail that holds the blinds was damaged and the blinds would not close all the way. Got in touch with the company, sent pictures of damage at their request and received a new headrail in a very short time. Fantastic service, very well made and beautiful product. Highly recommend this company and their product!
Ordering was easy and straightforward. Blinds shipped quickly and looked better in person than online. Setup was relatively easy, instructions could have been a bit clearer. Overall very pleased and would order from them again.
Blindster has been wonderful! I ordered 5 custom blinds, 3 were perfect and easy to install. Two of my blinds did not fit due to the window being many different widths I measured wrong! Blister is making 2 new ones after helping with a he measurements over the phone! Unbelievable the fit or free replacement policy. I will continue to recommend this company to all my friends!

Overall experience was good. I requested color samples and I recieved then right away. Website ordering was straight forward and easy. The shipping was quick, however when I recieved the blinds they were crushed. Fortunetly the valance covers the severe damage to the metal housing and I was able to bend it back to shape somewhat for functionality. Not necessarily the fault of blindster, possibly the shipping company. Didn't want to deal with any hassle so I just made it work. Shipping aside I would do buisness again and recommend the company to those looking for quality blinds at a reasonable price.
