I ordered my blinds, they gave me a price and told me when to expect them. They actually arrived two days ahead of what I was expecting. They are beautiful and so many friends have asked where I got them. I have given out Blindster's name to all who asked. They were incredibly easy to install and look amazing. I ordered two pleated shades from Blindster. I have pleated shades from another source on most of the windows in my house. The shades from Blindster were wonderful. Easy to install and wonderful to operate. When I need more shades in the future, I will use Blindster.
The blinds were a good color and fit well but they do not close all the way so light streams in whether they are turned up or down. Not enough space on the top between the slats and metal header.

COMPANY SENT SAMPLES SO I COULD MATCH PAINT - SAMPLE ARRIVED IN JUST A FEW DAYS. BLIND WAS CORRECT SIZE AND A BEAUTIFUL COLOR.
I had to replace one blind in my house. Blindster had a great selection. The free sample helped in selecting the shade color I wanted (the sample was much lighter in color than I really wanted. I was able to get a 30% discount with a radio discount code. The blind was delivered quickly, and was very easy to install. I will definitely use Blindster again if/when the need arises.
Very happy with the product. The blinds fit perfectly and the installation was a snap (no... literally... you snap the cellular blinds in place)! The installation really was easy... I had them all hung within a few hours and I have 11 windows.
I'm also glad about their fit or free policy. Although my measurements were correct, I entered the wrong figures on 2 of the blinds. It was nice to know I didn't have to pay full price for the 2 shades again! Will definitely use them for more blinds in the future.
Blinds were sent on-time and well packaged. Simple to install. Had all necessary parts TO install. You say... "Yeah... don't they ALL?!" Actually NO. Worked with Next-Day Blinds and EACH TIME, they'd FORGET parts for install. Had to go back to their store and get necessary parts. These appear to be hight quality!
We ordered the shade blinds for our family room. They look great and provide the privacy we wanted while allowing in light. We will definitely use blindster in the future
The blind was trimmed to 3/8" less than the specified opening width (1/4" off one end and 1/8" off the other), so the spacing is a bit close to the window casing on one end. The header would not fit between the mounting brackets so I had to trim off about 1/8" with my dremel tool. The valance had to be mounted outside the window opening due to its length and due to its mounting brackets (they hook over the header). The cost of the blind was not enough to be worth sending back, but I expect to just order Levelor thru a big box store in the future.
I'm sorry you had problems with the size of your blinds. I will call you to get this resolved.
Happy with both the customer service and quality of the products.
Valances were bent and damaged when received.
Also Tie/hold downs were not in the received shipment although noted to be in the shipment.
Called Customer Service (9/6). Was told that replacement valances would be sent. Texted and sent pictures of damaged valances. I have not received them.
Also was told the tie/holds would be sent. I have not received them either.
I am very disappointed with the whole order and absolute failed follow-up.

I see that an order for your valance, hold downs and spacer blocks was placed yesterday with the factory and should ship out today via 2 day air. Great product works better than big box store brands
We contacted Blindster.com to get answers to questions we had and placed the order within minutes. The shades arrived on time and I installed them within 30 minutes. It couldn't have been any easier.
The customer service rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a breeze to find the replacement blinds I needed and get them ordered, quickly.
Instructions were detailed as to how to measure the window. Blinds came in excellent condition and fit perfectly.
