Website was easy to use. My items shipped quickly. My solar shades are perfect.
When I received my blinds the order was short one handle to raise and lower the blind. The on line CHAT person told me they would send me a handle. They did, but not one to fit my blind. The next week I again contacted the CHAT person who told me they would send me the correct one. They did send another set, but not the one that will fit my blind. The next week (third) I sent the CHAT person a very clear photo of the handle I have and asked for one just like it. I was told he would verify the factory got the photo and I would get the correct handle. DID NOT HAPPEN! I got a third set of those that will not work. Last week after talking to the CHAT person I got the 4th set sent. I received them Sat... same ones again that will not work. I was told today by the CHAT person that he talked to a supervisor who would personally send me the correct ones (that they have had a clear photo of through two sets) I also got an e-mail from the CHAT person who said he found a display set of blinds near his office and took the handle off them to send me. We are into this a month or so now, I have no handle!
In all fairness I do want to say the blinds are very nice quality, fit perfectly, work perfectly and worth what I paid for them.
Blinds were delayed and quality was not as good as I thought they would be for the price that was charged.
I'm sorry you aren't happy with your shades. I will call you to get this resolved.

The order arrived on time everything was cut correctly the only complaint is that a couple of the boxes were damaged and I had to tweak the metal blinds to get them to work.
It was our third order. The first two were perfect. The third order was two blinds. Both had a problem, but you made them right very quickly. Great job! We will be back!

I was looking for by pass shutters to cover patio sliding doors that were 12 feet wide. They helped me design and custom order sets. I self installed and got the sliding tracks from an online hardware supplier. Saved lots of Janet and got a great product
I got an email that my fabric was back ordered several weeks after placing the order. There was a reference to an earlier email, but I did not receive it, and the website did not indicate there was a problem. At the time I finally cancelled the order, it was because the website advertised a sale which would have lowered my original price. There was no incentive to keep the order, and lots of reasons to shop other sietes.
I have ordered blinds from Blindster twice and both times it was a great experience. I have oddly sized windows and wanted a custom fit without the custom price. Blindster had both! They were easy to install and look beautiful! I recommend them to all my friends who like the bamboo or wood style.
I have a huge LR window and that is where the afternoon sun beats in. This is a rental and my landlady had bought an aluminum blind for that window. The blind absorbed the heat and the living room was so very hot, every single day, even in the winter. I made insulated curtains for the window but still, the LR was hot. So, I decided to try a faux wood blind and luckily, Blindster had just what I needed. I was afraid that because of the size of the window, I wouldn't be able to find a faux wood blind to fit it without being too heavy. The day I decided to install it, I did it myself and even though I had a few problems doing so, because I needed a tool that I didn't have, I did get it up and it is WONDERFUL! I love the blind. It's a little stiff opening and closing the slats but it is sturdy and blocks the sun and heat. Worth every penny I paid for it! I would highly recommend Blindster because of the great product, best price around and it fits exactly to my dimensions.
Ok, it wasn't a date, but my experience with blindster was great. The customer service I received was better then I expected. The staff was helpful and responsive, and ensured I was satisfied with my purchases. I used blindster to replace all the blinds in the house.
