Bought a brand new house so had to get blinds for all the windows. Picked out everything without samples and all are perfect! Easy installation and two of us did it all in less than 3 hours. I love my window coverings.
Everything fit just perfect and was easy to install. We received our blinds really quickly and I liked the fact that they had me double check my measurements before finalizing my order. Mistakes could have been costly for myself doing an entire house.

Everything ordered received ok. Installation went well. About a week or so later one of the lifting strings came loose. It took us some time to get this figured out and get the blind working properly. This was on the double unit which made it more difficult. We think you should use a better way to secure these ends.
I have ordered the 2" faux wood blinds for nine windows in 4 different sizes. I did not order them all at the same time but over 3 years. Each order arrived as stated and was easy enough for me to install myself. All you need are simple tools and a power drill. I recently ordered a bottom up/top down cellular shade for a second floor bathroom. Again, perfect fit and easy installation. I love being able to leave the top of the window shade down half way to let the morning sun come in but maintain privacy. Measuring accurately is important, but if you follow the recommended measuring techniques on the website you'll be spot on! After three years, my oldest shades still look and function great!
Top down, bottom up blinds are great. We bought them for a log cabin we had refurbished and they really look nice. I ordered some more for my kitchen and reading room, but haven't installed them yet. You won't be sorry to do business with this company. I highly recommend.
I ordered three different sized Blinds, they arrived a little early and were measured perfectly. However a mechanism on one of blinds doesn't work as it should, but my wife said it works well enough. Overall we are very satisfied.
Well made attractive roller shades. It took a while for me to receive my order (about 2 weeks), but the shades look nice. They were about 1/3 less than another popular online retailer. But the other retailer carried higher end fabrics. Blinder is more limited in style and fabric selection.
Love my blinds and appreciate the excellent customer service. I orders 18 blinds. One came in shorter than ordered. They didn't ask me to send it back, they just sent a new blind. Thank you for making it so easy!
The blinds are great quality. They look like they came from a very high end store. Even better is the customer service at Blindster.com. We measured two of our blinds incorrectly and there was no problem with getting replacements.

Very easy to follow instructions on how to measure and order your blinds. Quality product. Shipping was fast. One of my items was damaged in shipping. I contacted customer service. No problem. The sales associate who helped me, over the phone, was awesome. She spent a lot of time with me, taking down the measurements for my entire house of 2 1/2 inch faux wood blinds. They all fit perfectly. I would have liked a little nice piece at the top, at least to cover the gap on each side, but overall we're very happy with them.
I was able to do 2 odd shaped windows for about $100. The neat, clean look of the verticals transformed my room! My husband EASILY installed them. A great experience all around, and I will be ordering more!
