Though budget minded, we wanted something more elegant than what is available locally at stores like Target, Home Depot, etc...(and we wanted cordless for child safety reasons) we got it here and are very satisfied. Installation was thankfully easy. We will buy from this vendor again in the future for the next house.
Wonderful product and easy installation once you get going with them. I had never installed any blinds before but am able to proudly say I did these alone. Customer service was excellent when I had a problem and talked me through it. Recommend!
We have been in our custom designed home for thirty-two years and decided to replace ten large window shades with Blindster products. I installed them myself without major issue. The new blinds are a cleaner more modern design and look great when lowered to block the fierce sun on our hill top home. We are 100% satisfied.
Blinds were slightly delayed in arriving. Two identical sets. One fit perfectly, the other I had to cut the aluminum box 1/8" shorter. No instruction sheet included. Called CSR for help on valance clips but no help. I finally figured it out, but simple instructions would be helpful.

Ordered Super Value Cordless Single Cellular Shades and 2" faux wood blinds and am very pleased with product and all the wonderful, patient and helpful staff I contacted. Have used Blindster twice, second purchase was contacted by a processing supervisor advising one of our selections had been discontinued. We were promptly notified and offered options. Extremely please with the service we receive. Blindster we will continue to use and highly recommend.
My new Roman shades are perfect. The gray silky fabric is beautiful and luxe, they operate smoothly, and look fabulous. I went through three separate sample orders before I could decide, and customer service was very helpful. They arrived packaged very well, and were simple to install. All in all a great experience, very unusual these days. (It is a shame everything we buy can't be made in America with this level of quality, attention to detail, and good service.). I will certainly be a repeat customer if I ever need blinds again. Their measuring videos were helpful too. And I thought the price was fair for such good quality. I got the total blackout liner.
The blinds were delivered when promised and looked exactly as described. The installation was fairly simple. I would definitely order from Blindster again and have already recommended them to friends.
I ordered several Horizontal Flat Sheer Shades for our new home. They were made and delivered very quickly. They look beautiful in every room, and still block the sun light from fading the floors and furniture! I had a slight problem with one blind, but the customer service department took care of it right away, replacing the blind quickly. I will recommend Blindster to all my friends!
Blindster has been wonderful! I ordered 5 custom blinds, 3 were perfect and easy to install. Two of my blinds did not fit due to the window being many different widths I measured wrong! Blister is making 2 new ones after helping with a he measurements over the phone! Unbelievable the fit or free replacement policy. I will continue to recommend this company to all my friends!
We love our blinds and plan on ordering more for our bedroom. We loved being able to choose ten free samples, although it made the decision tougher because we liked all of them. My husband said they were easy to install. We'll definitely choose Blindster again! Thank you for a great product.
Recently purchased a 100 year old house with different dimensions on every window! Ordered 5 differed size of blackout shades and they didn't fit exactly the first time so Blindster followed up with their guarantee and remade the blinds and I only had to pay $15 a blind to remake and kept the old ones! Super impressed. Great quality, totally worth your money. I highly recommend.
Blinds arrived quickly and were a perfect fir - saved quite a bit over the big box stores and I think that they are better quality. I have used this company for one other window(roman shade)this is my second order for another window, will definitely use Blindster for all future window treatments.
Excellent quality for a very reasonable price. Box damaged in shipping - Blindster customer service resolved missing hardware by sending replacement parts in 2 days! I ordered 7 sets, most of which were wider than 5 ft. The tracks, vinyl and controls are very high quality. I had a minor issue with the length of one valance, but they worked with me diligently until I was satisfied. This company is top notch!
Purchased a set of 17 window blinds - 2" faux wood deluxe version - and they came cut to size, without blemish and with extra parts to install. I had reservations about installing them myself, but after the first one, the other 16 went in like a breeze. I highly recommend Blindster as your blind shopping headquarters. They provide a quality product at very reasonable prices. I was told that it would cost roughly $2900 to purchase and install blinds by my builder. After thorough research I chose Blindster and was able to order and install the same blinds for my house for $680.
I was looking for by pass shutters to cover patio sliding doors that were 12 feet wide. They helped me design and custom order sets. I self installed and got the sliding tracks from an online hardware supplier. Saved lots of Janet and got a great product

Wife wanted to go to the local Lowe's - I wanted to try out Blindster.com after hearing their ads on a couple of my favorite talk shows. She agreed to give them a shot. Measured, went for cordless mini blinds, called in order - very helpful in folks. They came much quicker than expected. Installation went well until I broke one of the brackets ( not lined up right - put on too much pressure). I called for a replacement - "No problem sir.". Couple days later it arrived - no cost at all. Put it up and I'm done. Very pleased with how the cordless blinds operate.
