This was very easy to do start to finish. Just measure your window and pick your style of blinds and order. Took about two weeks to get them. Installed 2 of them in less than an hour. All you need is a drill.
Ordered blinds on March 25,2016, order was billed to my credit card at that time. I'm now expected to pay for the order before the order is filled. I've never ordered from a company that bills a customer before the materials have been shipped. In my experience that happens at the same time. I was told there would be a delay in manufacturing because of a lack of materials on the original order. Was offered the opportunity to change material, which I did, to meet a reasonable time delivery. Was then told that there was a mistake in communication with the manufacturer which would delay delivery. At this time, I'm not sure when they will be manufactured or delivered. The person I've exchanged emails with has been good, but there are shortcomings with whoever processes the order at Blindster. Still waiting anything that indicates a delivery date! I had anticipated another order from Blindster, for other rooms in my house, but I would be hard pressed to order again at this point.
Great quality-we loved our blinds. Also excellent customer service--one set was broken on arrival and they quickly sent a replacement set without having to send the broken ones back. Quick response time and great design!
We selected the roman shades for our bedroom but they not only do not stay up when raised, they sag and hang down on one side. No amount of adjusting, fidgeting or folding fixes the way they appear when raised. We also ordered shades from Blinds.com at the same time and are much more satisfied with the quality.

I could have used a little help putting them up. But not bad at all. I already had mini blinds up but they were so old I could no longer clean them. Perfect fit in width and length. I would recommend this company to anyone. Oh I should not have gotten the same color. No one has noticed.
Excellent advice and support from sales person on the phone; very competitive pricing. Our large order (32 items) arrived in fairly good time, and good quality overall. Several minor problems (damage to plastic end-caps in shipping) and 1 major one (cellular blind fabric detached from bottom rail on 1 blind) resolved with 1 phone call to customer service.

I ordered color samples then made the order. The blinds arrived in about 2 weeks. I installed them all in less than an hour, spent more time adjusting the magnetic valance to get it level than anything else. They look great and work great.
Ordering was easy and straightforward. Blinds shipped quickly and looked better in person than online. Setup was relatively easy, instructions could have been a bit clearer. Overall very pleased and would order from them again.
I loved the ease of selection and ordering. I measured, ordered, and presto... my blinds arrived. I only wish I'd ordered darkening cells as I need them I'm my master bedroom. I love the double cell, no cords as the ease up and easy down configuration makes for a clean line. I suggest darkening if you want to keep the room darker. I work odd hours so I still need to darken my room. Bad on me. The prices are very good and I searched several other sites but this was the best in selection and pricing!
I bought Roman shades that open from the top and bottom. The color and fabric are as expected, the cords and functionality are a bit awkward. Purchased for two side by side windows with single header. I won't be changing the positioning often so it won't be a big deal (guest room) but compared to the ease of a regular fabric blind it is more difficult. Took over a month to receive.
Shopping was easy on blindster.com, instructions for measuring were easy to follow. The customer support is great, very friendly and helpful on the phone. I got Romans, my only suggestion is that perhaps a thinner needle be used for stitching as the needle points seem to be a source of letting light come through the black out blinds. Otherwise they're a great deal.

I purchased blinds for a kitchen upgrade project that is now complete. I didn't intend to match the color of the blinds perfectly with the stain color of the cabinets but it just so happened that they were a perfect match. First of all, I received 1/2 of my order & someone else's. It was a mistake in shipping, the last 2 numbers were transposed. Found mine in Florida. Finally got mine, & the shutter portion was broken on both sides. Called & was told to send a picture of breaks. When am I going to get the new shutter portion? I was supposed to be informed of delivery through e-mail & it has been almost one week since last phone call. PLEASE ADVISE
I'm so sorry you had problems. I do show that an order was placed to remake the broken shutter. I apologize that you have not been informed. Someone from our shutter department will call you today to give you an update.
I ordered several different types of roller blinds. All were as expected and look fantastic. One had a flaw in the material and was quickly replaced. Customer service was easy to contact. I'm in the process of ordering more.

Out of 6 roller shades, the mounting clip was put on upside down on 2 of them. We did not risk breaking them to mount them correctly, so they are mounted with the cord twisted.
Also, Chris who put in my order *******, or a breach in your system, MIGHT have been the cause of my Discover card being hacked. It had only 3 charges on it and 2 of them were from my supermarket where I scan the card. The card has never been out of my sight. Discover caught on to fraudulent charge #3 and blocked the online charges using it.
