The blinds arrived on time, were easy to install, look good and function well. The instructions included weren't great but the folks on the phone were helpful and friendly when I called with questions. I'll order from them again.
Quality is high and easy to install. We had several professional installations of other shades and we like this one better. As time goes on, we will be back!

On the reference of family, I ordered custom shades for my whole house. They were all great except for the brown ones which were subtlety different colors despite being the exact same product ordered. When I contacted the website, it took a bit of back and forth but they replaced them for free. They are now great. I would have given them five stars if they had been perfect the first time around.
Ordering was easy, blinds were delivered in a timely fashion.

Hesitant to buy on-line blinds, I was immediately relieved when my hubby heard them advertised on 850 KOA. After that, we selected a few samples. Impressed with the seemingly quality of the samples we were compelled to put in the order. We took a real chance when we order 11 bamboo roman shades. The ordering process was very easy. The roman shades arrived in about 12 days (or so?), and they were well packaged and very easy to identify to the window. Mounting took mere minutes as soon as the first one was done, and the outcome was beautiful!
I will say. We did end up receiving only 9 of the 11, and when I reported it to Blindster via emailing customer support, my inquiry was replied to within one day but I was asked the silly question of whether I had opened all the boxes... uh, yea, I did, that's why I'm contacting you saying they are missing, right?... anyway, they immediately placed an order to have the two missing ones replaced which were received promptly.
It was about a month later that the UPS contacted Blindster to inform them they had found two boxes that belonged to us. Even though it was a moot point by then, the "extra" two were sent to us free of charge.
So overall it was a great, easy, and inexpensive option for covering our windows with stylish and high quality bamboo roman shades. I won't hesitate to use them again when we decide on the next windows to cover!
It was a very pleasant experience and the person I worked with was very helpful and understanding. I only ordered one knockout shade to start with and it was wrong do to my misunderstanding. My reorder was perfect. Could not be happier with end result. Thank you. Will recommend you in the future.
I called and talked to a gentleman. I believe called Chris and he was most adcomating. Most helpful. I ordered and they came within the 2 weeks I expected. Easy to hang and look super.
The blinds fit my window perfect. One edge does hang a little higher than the other when pulled down but I am not sure why may just be because of a bracket. Either way they are great blackout shades!
The initial service was great, the item came as ordered and a missing wand was immediately shipped. The product fit perfectly and the end user is happy as can be. Now the reason for my dissatisfaction, I HATE my e-mail being flooded with offers and discount notices. If I am happy, I will look to a company again for my needs but am turned off enough that I may look else where in my future searches. This applies to any vender I deal with, I know what I want and when I need it and do not need to be bombarded with what amounts to useless information. Please stop already, Eric.
Very happy with the wood blinds we ordered. Our cabin in the mountains in Colorado has extreme temperature changes. Previous blinds I have ordered have warped badly. So far we have had no issues with warping. Blinds fit perfectly and the blinds operate very well.
