April 17 placed online order. They immediately charged CC. May 8 I sent them an email, no reply from them. I also called, no one answers the telephone, nor returns your messages. I used their online order status checker, but the database is corrupt and will not give you any information. May 20 received an order shipped notification with tracking number. May 26 the tracking number is bogus since USPS shows that the part was never received or scanned into the USPS system.

Their customer service told me what I should order as far as Parts goes they get to me they're exactly wrong so I spent six dollars to return this purchase of $23.54 and then I'm told after trying to get a hold of them for weeks that they're not only going to charge me a restocking fee of 10% but also the original shipping so it's actually cost me $13.55 on this product that was $23.54! Very rude and unprofessional customer service Becky and Jesus... thanks but no thanks, I see by your rating I'm in the minority of unsatisfied customers!

Company is a scam
October 25, 2017

Placed order and received acknowledgement. Check cashed immediately and no parts. Sent email inquiry and no response. Tried calling but most phone numbers not valid. Where are my parts? This appears to be a scam. The website offers shipment follow up but does not work. Don't order from this company.

I spent $50 to buy a Hunter Douglas slide clutch, they mailed me one which does not work. The string never goes back to the case! And they never respond a email

They demand payment up front - no credit cards. In hindsight, that should have been the clue. Incorrect parts sent. No response from "Customer Service". Filed complaint with Tucson BBB - no response to them either. There should be a less than zero stars rating available.

I returned parts that did not fit and never heard from them again even after several attempts to contact them. No one answers the phone or responds to email requests. I can not find my information in their site to track my order. Very poor business ethics. Do NOT use blindspars.com. Instead try blindparts.com located in Las Vegas, NV.

This Is A Scam!

STAY AWAY! Do not be fooled by this company. I placed an order, then 1 month later I contacted them to find out why I haven't received it and they said sorry we don't take credit cards anymore, only checks. I'm guessing because they do this all the time and people were reversing the charges, but you can't do that with a check.

I sent them a check, and after 2 months they said they were still working on the order. I sent them an email asking them to cancel the order, and destroy the check. 3 days later my check was cashed, and still no product was sent.

Someone needs to call the authorities on these people, they are scamming people, and stealing their money for parts they don't send.

Stay away!

Do NOT order from them. I wish I would have seen the reviews on this site before I did so. I placed an order in May of 2016, they charged me immediately. I emailed them weeks later to follow up on the order, never heard from them. Emailed them months later to follow up and cancel the order. Not a word. Just this week I received a shipment notice from them... a YEAR later. Of course, I no longer need the parts. This company should not even be allowed to operate.

I ordered the wrong parts, returned them. Received the new parts, but never got the credit. I contacted them at least 3 times via email, but never received a return email. If the new parts were more money, they should have let me know. I ended up paying way more than I think I should have for a couple small items. Communication is key and they don't communicate. If you know exactly what you want go ahead and buy, but if it ends up being the wrong part, just consider it a loss.

I purchased parts from Blindparts.com of Tucson last year. When I realized I did not need the parts a few months later, I asked if I could return them and they agreed that I could. It took a few emails to approve the refund. They acknowledged that they received them and would send a refund. This never happened. I have sent 4 emails to them since July asking for the refund. They have not replied. I guess I will have to give up because you cannot get money from thieves.

Blindsparts.com is a scam!

I sent a check to Blindsparts.com for 15 valance clips. Paid $24.00 by check. They don't take visa. Never heard back. They don't pick up the phone. They don't respond to emails. Their order status link doesn't work. After more than a week and no responses to numerous requests for a call back I realized I was scammed. Don't be scammed by this company.

Don't waste your time
March 23, 2017

I ordered easy rise tape to restring celluar shades on 02-27-2017. They took the money from my credit card right away then the unit I ordered was placed on back order with a ship date of 03-10-2017 it is now 03-23-2017 and still no product. They gave me some bogus USPS tracking number but all it says is that the label was created and is awaiting pick up. I have tried calling them on numerous occasions and left messages and no response, I have emailed them with no response. This company is a complete SCAM don't waste your time with this company they are a bunch of useless A@@holes.

Negative stars

Like others, if I could give negative stars, I would.
I emailed them to get a quote for a part and ultimately the response from "Dave M" was:
"Please do not contact us anymore. We have work to do".
Wow. Unbelievable.

If I can give this company negative stars I would. They do not answer calls or emails. They cashed my check almost a month ago and I still did not receive my order. I filed a complaint on BBB.

This company is a scam. They took our money, gave us an order number. Then did not deliver. They would not respond to phone messages. Or emails. Multiple sent. As the one star rating states it does not get any worse than this. Stay away.

They got the money from my PayPal account immediately but then did not reply to any of my emails or voice mails, so I cancelled my order. Before you order be sure you contact them via email or phone and find out what is going on before you pay.

Simple order: three plastic brackets for some Hunter Douglas blinds. Ordered on July 14th. Still sitting here on August 5th waiting for the brackets. Projected shipping date keeps sliding back. They won't answer their customer service phone number. They won't answer emails. Their "live" chat is always offline. What a joke of a business.

Very bad customer service
September 29, 2016

I placed an order on April 22,2016 and received an email stating that "money won't leave your account until Blind Tech processes your order. Money left my account that very day! And it is Sept, 29,2016 and I haven't received my order yet. When I check my order status, they just keep moving the shipping day a few days ahead. I phoned several months ago and finally got someone after a long while and he said it would be along shortly. Now I can't even get anyone on the phone and don't get an answer back by email. I wouldn't ever deal with this company again.
