When my order came in I realized there was a mistake when I ordered my blinds. I called customer service and explained the problem. Problem corrected and new blinds received within 10 days. I am very pleased with my new blinds.
I have now ordered 15 motorized cellular shades from Blindsgalore over a period of three years. Due to manufacturing issues I have had to replace two shades which they handled with exceptional efficiency and minimal stress/red tape. Every person I have dealt with has been professional and their guidance through the remote and shade programming was indispensable. I could not recommend a company with more confidence. Excellent buying experience, several options for blinds, and the site was easy to navigate.
We previously were told it was not possible to make a blind for our half moon window and yet you did. The color matching tool was amazing. I loaded the picture of our room and the tool indicated a color I would never have guessed would work but it was perfect. The communication with your company, both through the purchasing questions and the process for completion was excellent.

I can't say enough about the customer service with placing this order. After breaking our initial blind pull string, the representative gave us a couple of options to replace or repair the blind. We chose to replace the blind and it is now installed and looks awesome! Thank you!
