I purchased a small vertical blind on 7/21/24. The blind was delivered on time. I installed the blind and immediately noticed a problem with how the slats were hanging. The slats were closing properly at the top and middle of the blind. The slats were flaring away from the wall and each other at the bottom of the blind. I cleaned the slats several times with water thinking the problem was static electricity. The cleaning did not help. I contacted Blindsgalore about the situation and received a lot of "so sorry" responses but no solution. I was told by their agent, Alex, that they had to contact the manufacturer. This went on for several days and I sent several requested photos. The whole process went silent. This told me I was out of luck and nothing would be done to resolve my problem. The answer was simple, replace the nine slats with a heavier slat. Nothing was done. I suggest customers use Blinds.com for their blind needs.
