Great customer service, however, the blinds that I ordered aren't really what I expected. They are a woven blind and it seems like they are going to fray very easily when bringing them up and down where the rope touches the blind. I have ordered from you for years but this time a bit disappointed in the quality of this material.
These cellular motorized blinds are about 95% where I would like them to be. I still need to figure out the motorization and bluetooth connection to other devices. Right now, my phone does not pick up the QR code and only my iPad works. The left slot for the cable is loose and only the right side slot for the cable works. Measuring is KEY! I did not take into account a ledge/lip on my inner window. This threw off the depth and the blinds could not fully be mounted flush within the frame. They still open and close. The brackets are also tricky. The first time the did not fully catch on front/back brackets and subsequently fell. Disappointed that Blindsgalore does not have installers in my state. Overall, these blinds made a huge improvement to my lighting, and have also provided some insulation that was needed for this window.

The site was easy to navigate, I got matching colors and the correct size shades. I should have called customer service first. They were excellent. Received 2 replacements due to incorrect measurements and 1 that was a manufacturer error. All in a timely way with no hassle.

Not sure why but 3 extra blinds were added to my purchase request. I found them and deleted them prior to final approval. I'm sure it was something I did wrong, but can't figure out what. Now waiting on delivery.
I want the simple pull cord which no longer seems to be available. The continuous cord requires both hands and is annoying.

Blinds arrived. They were the correct color and size.
My installation was a bit difficult as the top section was a 12 inch deep by 5 inch recess. So it was hard to get both the blinds and my hands into the recess. I solved that by pre installing the blinds on a board and then mounting the board into the ceiling of the recess using flat decorative siding screws.
This company provides Excellence in Customer Service. Everyone I've dealt with is professional and follows through to be sure the customer is happy. I ordered 12 blinds of various styles and sizes. They came quickly and 11 of them were perfect. The 12 blind was mis-measured by me. I sent them the correct width size. They replaced it quickly, for free, and with a great attitude. Thanks!

I was using a contractor to hang the new roller, Bali shades. The three for the bedroom hung easily and are beautiful. The garage roller was a bit difficult but I called blinds galore and their help was all that was needed. The blind looks fantastic and the phone call made the install a breeze. I love Bali and I've never been disappointed. I do interior design and suggest Bali as the go to for shades.
