Web site was very easy to use, especially for our initial order of a motorized cellular shade for our Master BR triple-wide window. That worked so great that we decided to do 2 more motorized shades for our Master Bath. When it got complicated to match the order for us, we called Support, and they duplicated our order in just a few minutes. Process was easy, and we got EXACTLY what we were after..
Excited to get our blinds and see how they look. Has been quite a process on our part to decide which blinds we liked. Our blinds were delivered. Everything was included to install. Installation took about 30 minutes for 4 blinds. They look awesome in the rooms they were installed. Will be needing more blinds and we know where we will be getting them from.

We had ordered several blinds and one of the top down/bottom up blinds were a little snug fitting. Called customer service on 12/24 and my call was answered. Your customer service rep took care of my issue and sent me a replacement blind immediately. The new one is great!

I got great alabaster blinds which look great with the wood window framing and the white window sash. Love them. Now if I can just find the time to hang them!
