I found what I wanted and it was pretty easy to order. I thought I ordered 77 inch width but I got 73 inch width. I do not know if this was my mistake or yours. I wanted to cover the frame of the window. Since the 73 inches covered the window I decided to keep. It looks ok but it would have looked better if it had covered the frame of the window.

We were replacing blinds in our bedroom windows. We have been ordering from Blinds Galore for several years. This time we decided to go motorized since the windows are large. I placed the order and called the customer service to see what was needed for each blind to be motorized. They were very helpful and placed the order for me.
They were easy to install. Both look great and are so easy to get up and down.
The order does not come with a charger. We called the manufacturer and they sent out a charger, unfortunately it does not work with our blinds. Called again, so hopefully this time we will get the right one.

They outsourced the blind to be made. So you when you don't get something like parts to hang it, it goes through blindsgalore, to the company that made the blind, and you hear nothing back. We ended up hiring someone to hang the blind who had the L piece. So the blind on sale ended up costing 500 plus (blind plus hanging). Then after we got it hung, we hear, oh they are sending it. I told them forget it we got it hung via someone who had the part. Never heard "glad you got it, or sorry for inconvenience" NOTHING. I need to replace another blind. We won't be using Blindsgalore.

Due to a production error, I received only 1 of the 3 shades I had ordered. I contacted customer service, they explained what happened & immediately put in the order for the remaining two shades.
