Blindsgalore

It was very easy to size custom blinds for our large bedroom window. The website is very intuitive and nice to use. The shipping to our location in Canada took a couple of weeks but the product is great and had simple, easy-to-follow instructions for installation. They look great and work great.

The whole process was seamless. From finding the shades we wanted, to oredering and the timely delivery. The installation couldn't have been easier…screw in a couple brackets and clip in the blinds. The blinds are well designed with a smooth and easy operating system. We couldn't be happier.

The first order did not have all the parts. We contacted Blindsgalore and the turn around time to get back to us was 24-48 hours so I contacted leadership and they were able to get us an answer right away. They sent us new shades and they work great so far. They look very nice!

Ordered blinds when they were delivered we were not happy with the color. Contacted blindsgalore they were understanding and allowed us to order a new blind in a different color from a different maufacturer. We only had to pay the price difference, which was minimal. Great company, have delt with them in the past and will continue in the future.

I ordered 15 blinds. Spent over $3000. Three of them don't work right and I have to do all the programming myself because y'all don't do any support whatsoever. Very frustrating and I will not be purchasing again.

I ordered 3 Blue and 2 Green sets of 1" blinds. They are exactly what I had hoped for. The only problem with the blinds was the delays in shipping that was caused by Blindsglore waiting for the proper colored head piece. I waited 3 1/2 months. When I called custom service (4 different times) they were always very patient and polite. I really liked that they all spoke very clearly with no accents (I am older and have difficulties with hearing accents in communications). I would order from Blindsglore again.

No problem ordering. Very good quality. Was easy to install. Arrived on time and looks perfect. The blinds exceeded my expectations. Pricing was better than on Amazon for what I needed.

Mounting turned out a lot more involved than with the former simpler version of these Roman Shades. There's too much plastic and gadgetry involved (continuous cords that inevitably will balk at the place where the cords were joined! And one has to finesse a way to get the cord moving again - very annoying and time consuming!) The consumer should be trusted to make the choice of a free hanging cord!

Measured as instructed to do and did not have any issues at all. The blinds look great and add a great sense of personality to our rooms.

The only suggestion I would make it so label the boxes (as the blinds are labeled with rooms, etc), to make knowing which blind goes to which window, a bit easier.

Highly recommend! Love this company! They offer high quality products and they care about the customer. They sent samples in the mail before making a final decision which is great! Love the natural wood and natural finish. Great for all variety of styles and customs. I highly recommend and will be purchasing more in the future just order them you won't regret it! Thanks again!

Customer service was outstanding. Everything was explained to me as I am not accustomed to buying blinds. I guess I'm used to grandma's old type blinds.
They were so simple to install. All six were installed in a matter of a short time.
I have more windows to do and will definitely be ordering from Blindsgalore again.

I've ordered many times from Blindsgalore, standard window coverings mostly, they all went smoothly. This roll blind for my sliding glass door fit well and looks great and works as intended. The instructions however were horrible. None of the various scenarios they cram into the sheets actually fit my scenario and the images on the instructions didnt match the parts I had. It wasnt a complicated install and I figured it out but it look twice as long as it should have. The parts were all correct, just the instructions were not accurate.

Follow the directions for ordering your custom blind and pick what you like. Installation is a breeze. I used the existing holes from my previous blind and it was up in minutes. Whole process was easy, price was right for what I received, which was a pleated shade, top down bottom up, no cords. The tabs you put on to lift and lower the shade were hard to snap on but they did go on eventually. Thought I might break them actually but didn't. Blind works great and looks great.

The shades are of good quality. The color is perfect from the inside but buyers need to know the outside is a very stark white. We don't love that but it's our only complaint.

Package took longer to arrive than expected. Printed directions in package not great. Many tries before successful installation. Difficult for one person to install.
