Blindsgalore

Excited to get our blinds and see how they look. Has been quite a process on our part to decide which blinds we liked. Our blinds were delivered. Everything was included to install. Installation took about 30 minutes for 4 blinds. They look awesome in the rooms they were installed. Will be needing more blinds and we know where we will be getting them from.

This is the 5th or 6th order with blinds galore and they have all been perfect. This order was exactly what I ordered, but unfortunately, it did not fit because I forgot to take into account the depth of the blind slats which do not fit between our door handle and the door. Be sure to measure correctly!

We keep ordering more and more shades for our home. The process is smooth, in-person support and guidance, and my husband is ale to get them installed. We are very happy with the product, salesforce, and value.

I called to be sure the 50% off would apply as I waited for my samples and was assured I could contact a service agent and all would be good. They were excellent and the "guessed at" color selections were correct, so the order was placed seamlessly. The product arrived as we were a mess due to bathroom renovations and again customer service assured me it would be okay if I could not verify all had arrived or finish checking everything was here. On opening I found the missing items were my fault, I never ordered them (oops). But the product looks great. I have opted to hire someone to put them up rather than get the experience between blind 1 and blind 19, so ordering my "oops" and getting an installer lined up. The color, based on the closed mini-blind, is perfect for the renovated bathrooms and will flow seamlessly, and look cleaner, than the 20+ year old blinds currently hanging. Great experience.

All the blinds fit perfectly…. I did have an issue in that one of the blinds did not have the hardware included to mount it. I plan to contact your service department and I'm confident that I will be able to get the mounting brackets I need. Great work!

I ordered these for a rental property. They seem sturdy and I hope they will last a long time as I am trying to avoid the vinyl, made-in-China mini-blinds. The tenant really likes them.

Three of the four blinds came exactly as ordered, and when I checked on the missing blind they sent it right away. It was perfect too!

I've ordered several motorized curtains from Blindsgalore and have been happy with them. Even though there were a couple snags with motors, and directions, the staff was helpful in filling the gap for me. They are a legit online company who has the customers interest as their priority.

We like your product and was glad that you went to a different style of handle. We are so sad that we can't recieve the bottom up top down model. We had checked in our area and Canada for some reason can't be trusted with things such as that. Maybe someday we'll get them back.

The blind fit perfectly and works as expected. Thank you for you service and quaility.

Ordering was easy and the fit was perfect, but the blinds had gotten damaged in shipping. Blindsgalore was very responsive to my email and quickly sent a replacement. I'm a happy customer!

I was very pleased with the quality of the product and the excellent communication keeping me informed of the progress being made while completing the order.

The Bali blinds were easy to install. My only concern is they/it appears to be about ½" too narrow, not filling the window as expected.

I had ordered 4 large cellular shades for big glass panels that are in my passive solar room. They sent a number color samples and shared recommendations and information. When the blinds arrived, they were perfect. I loved them! However, during the warranty period, I experienced some issues with the blinds. I reached out to Blindsgalore and told them what was going on and sent photos. They had the blinds remade and the replacement blinds are now installed. While having an issue with the original blinds was not great, it was wonderful to have done business with a company who stood by their product and was as equally as professional and courteous when resolving an problem as they were when I was making my original purchase. I'm a loyal customer. I would recommend them and I will use them again for any future needs.
