Wonderful!

They always provide good quality perfectly sized blinds at a reasonable price. It's very easy to install as long as you follow the directions. Blinds are easy to measure for using the measurement guide they give you. I've been using them for many years.

Pull Blinds

Overall it was ok. The checkout was confusing since I paid for expedited shipping but when I called to check on my order I was told I paid for the sample to be expedited not the blinds. That was disappointing since I would have never paid 10.00 to have a sample expedited to me. I needed the blinds for when my handman was at my house performing other things.

FedEx Delivery Not Good

Half of our delivery was held up in California by FedEx for quite some time, but that's not why I'm rating this a one star. FedEx delivered to the wrong address. They delivered to the house two houses up and our neighbors were not home. This also happened when we ordered samples, only they were delivered one house up. Fortunately, we were able to track everything down. We also put in a complaint to FedEx.

Blinds ordered on time

I ordered 2 blinds which I received right on time. The items were delivered in good shape except for the two valances. They were covered with blue plastic wrapping but it was not enough protection to keep the valances from being punctured leaving several holes. I feel that a styrofoam covering could have protected them so this wouldn't have happened. Other than this the blinds work great.

This has been an easy purchase and very easy to follow how to purchase on the internet. The only suggestion that I would make is to give clearer instructions about how the buy one get one free promotion works up front like to be able to click on the bar at the top of the page. I had to dig through further pages to find the details for how this would work.

The Sensitive Blinds

They came and were easy to set up, but after one day the spring gave out for 2 of the 4 blinds. I responded as much to a previous inquire and heard nothing back. I asked if there was a way to tighten the mechanism, and got no response.

The blinds pull down fine, but when you raise them, the cord tension is inadequate. The blinds bulge out toward you. You must lift them an inch at a time: lift, wait, lift, wait... They will then go to about 80% raised, but no more. All 3 sets we purchased behave like this. Just

A little disappointed

Ordered Roman shades with European fold. The order update was practically non-existent, as shades took weeks to arrive. Instructions on hanging outside mount Roman shades were very vague, and there were no videos on the internet to watch. Once I figured out a way (and honestly, I'm still not sold on them being hung correctly), they came up short. I ordered the shades that were over 8" in length beyond the window opening size and with the top mounted as far down as possible, but they still fell about 3" short. Like I stated, maybe I hung them wrong, or maybe not. So they are never going to be fully closed, but the look is growing on me as I have pleated honeycomb blinds behind them for a layered look and for added insulation, also. The tensioner was a little confusing to figure out, as the first sheet had instructions for the apparently old style, and for the life of me, I couldn't figure them out. So I played around and by accident I got them to work, then I found the second NEW style tensioner instructions, and yes, my accident was the correct way.
In the end, however, and after some frustration, I am pleased with the look and the quality of the shade material but not so much with the other components ( String holding the panels came untied on one side, and don't even bother using their supplied white metal screws with flat blade slots [who does that? Philips or Torx, please, were way too soft even with pre-drilling, and the brackets were just angle iron available everywhere. Will I buy from here again? Sorry to say, probably not, as I feel the price was a little high, and the lack of clear instructions and order status left me wanting.
