I call a couple of days after placing the order to amended and was promised a call back to let me know if if was possible and never did, I revived the original order which is not what I need.

Pre order customer service call was very helpful. Shipping was very quick. All 14 windows fit perfectly. Easy install. Function exactly as I had hoped. Price was exceptional compared to the other three major companies I had come out for estimates.
While we could have gotten samples we pulled the trigger without doing so and the colors were as advertised on the site. Installation was simple as well.
Blind was crooked and it has been struck with something so hard that it was deformed.

The wrong color blinds were sent originally but they were Bali blinds and I don't think it was the fault of Blindsgalore. Anyway after contacting the company the correct blinds were sent and all is beautiful. Blinds were easy to install and look great. Thank you!

I have ordered before and been very satisfied with your products but when I received my blackout shades I was sorely disappointed. Just bad quality. I'm keeping them and using them but I'm not happy about it.
The blinds are made well and installation was straightforward. However, there is a slight gap between the window frame and shade because of the design, as brackets are used which doesn't allow the shade to lie flush against the frame (inside mount). Shipping took a few+ weeks.
