So far I've made three orders with Blindsgalore and have never had an issue. Product always comes quickly and well packaged, order tracking is easy, and their measuring instructions have always delivered me blinds that fit perfectly.

What would take this to next level is an installation template for each blind. Ended up making my own from the brown paper packaging on blinds (after one unfortunate drilling into wall by miscalculating on my end, admittedly)
Tim answered all of my questions promptly by phone, researched to find out if "wands" to reach higher blinds were available and explained the differences between the blind brands. Blinds were delivered on schedule.
I would highly recommend Blindsgalore. I ordered samples which were delivered promptly along with installation instructions and contact information. I ordered cellular blinds for my entire home; they were reasonably priced and of great quality. They were delivered quickly and were easy to install. One of the blinds wouldn't hang completely horizontal and I contacted Blindsgalore about it and they replaced it with no problem.
