Placing my order seemed to be rather difficult and drawn out. I had my window dimensions when I placed my initial call to order, but received a series of follow-up communications to ask clarifying and subsequent questions, as if the person who took my order did not do so in a complete manner.

The whole process is straight forward. They even accommodated me when I had to cancel because I made an error on my order. I was then able to reorder correctly.

So easy to purchase. All I had to do was measure and choose shades. Will definitely shop Blindsgalore

I recently ordered some new blinds, I took the exact measurements and sent them off, I waited about a week and came home from work and they were on my front step, so before my wife got home I installed them, it took about 1/2 an hour to install, these are the best looking blinds I have ever installed, and they fit perfectly, I am now going to order some for every window in my house, I LOVE THESE NEW BLINDS SO MUCH

I purchased blinds in 2018 and need to replace three of them. I called Blindsgalore's customer service and they found my previous order. No remeasuring or size guessing. Easy Peasy!

Ordered my blind on Sunday and it was made and shipped Monday. Blind is very good quality and looks perfect. Great product and amazing customer service. I will use Blindsgalore for all my needs going forward.

I ordered a sample and was going to place an order. But then the color that I want did not list in the options. I contacted the sales and she was not sure why that was taken off from the site. She told me to choose other basic colors and write the correct color in the special instructions which I did. I emailed her the confirmation number and make sure she saw the remark after placing an order. However, I still received wrong color. I contacted the sales immediately. After a week I received the correct color and installed it. I am happy that I finally got the color that I want. I gave four stars because there is another issue. The sales told me to donate the wrong blinds but the box is too long to fit in my car even if I put down the back seats. I personally don't mind to donate it. I can only think of an U-Haul van but then I have to pay for the rental fee which is not cheap.

The blinds look good but the quality is not great. I'm still in the process of getting them replaced due to broken shutter blades that arrived broken in the box.

I have installed and the shades meet my expectations. I wish that color side points to outside.
It seems that the quality is good.

Being a repeat customer makes purchasing less worrisome. Colors are tricky on computers but I've been pleased with the delivery speed of samples when necessary. Products are made well & customer service has been good.
