I ordered from Blinds.com about 3 years ago. I was pleased with that order, and this one is on different. There was a slight difference in the opening rods, but that was no problem.

I wish the photos or videos showed the blinds fully closed. I'm also glad I ordered 4 blinds at once so I could change out the cord since they were all not the same length. I think an additional option offered on the cord length would be beneficial in the long run. Overall, would purchase again but in bulk.

All of my blinds are about an inch too short. I want them to rest on the bottom, but the strings are slightly too short so they don't rest on the bottom of the window casing.

Paul C was very helpful. The blinds are shipped from China so having an American base is very helpful. Amazon attempts to set up communication directly with China. Blinds. Com answers right away and helps with designing the order.
Unless you can speak Chinese I would stick with Americans at Blonds. Com!
This is my second order with blinds.com and if I had more windows to cover, I'd use them again! The site provides easy instructions for a successful measurement, the blinds were well packaged and the installation was seamless. Excellent product and looks great!
The cordless blinds do not close at the window sill. They are more difficult to raise and lower. I will buy corded blinds in the future.

The hardest part was making a decision as to style and color. Triple checked my measurements, all 3 blinds fit perfect and look great. Had a little difficulty understanding placement of the valance. Once I reread instructions I finally figured out diagram and realized valance was popped on after installation. All worked out. Pleased.
Delivery arrived ahead of schedule, the only thing I wish were different were have the tilt and open and closing wand on one side instead of the middle.
I was very disappointed that the product too so long to ship. If I had known it would take a month to arrive, I would have cancelled my order and purchased my blinds somewhere else.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
