This is my 3rd purchase from Blinds.com, every time has been very easy.
The material is solid and heavy. No complaints. The fit is questionable. Too many gaps requiring caulk and spacers that don't really help. Also, we installed the shutters with the identified top on top but that means the louvers are slanted up when closed. This is weird and the opposite of the other shutters in my house. Glad they're in different rooms.

I know it is just a vinyl blind for the bathroom but……the quality was so cheap. The Wand rubs on the blind slat when you open or close the blind. Since it was a strange size, I had no choice but to special order but will think twice before I order again. Found it frustrating that you can't call anyone and all has to be done thru e mail. I needed the blind due to company coming and didn't want to go through the hassle of return.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
