When we felt we may have made a mistake in he fabric we ordered, customer service offered to replace the drapes at no charge. The installer was able to install six large shades in less than an hour, very professionally.

I didn't see where to enter the lowest dimension for the width and the greatest dimension for the height.

The installation instructions that accompanied the shutters were not lucid enough for me to do the installation. I appealed to customer support. This led to a series of e-mail messages, a wait of several weeks, and another phone call from me before this was resolved with several videos that finally gave me enough info to proceed with the installation. Had those videos been provided earlier, I would have given five stars

Shopping was easy. Arranging measurement and installation help was also a breeze. Even with the discounts, I found the prices quite high. The guy who did the installation was fantastic. Very happy with my blinds, the way they look, and the whole process.
I contacted Blinds.com, scheduled a measure appointment for a large, oversized, odd sized window. At first, things seemed to go "OK", not great as it took some time for the person to measure to finally make an appointment. I finally got thru that, ordered what I needed. Blinds were shipped to the property address. I scheduled the window install from the website as that seemed to be the only way I was able to communicate with them. Finally got a call from someone saying that installation would not be for a month. Completely unacceptable. I told the Customer Service agent that was unacceptable. She proceeded to tell me that in that case, they would not be installing at all. I paid for installation, never got it, called numerous times to customer service to no avail. Be very weary of using this company to do your blinds, or you may find yourself in the same situation I did. I finally contracted an outside installer to install the blinds. Never again would I ever do business with this company, period.
ORDERING AND DIRECTIONS WERE EASY. PRICING WAS VERY GOOD. Measured everything as directed on web page. Choosing colors and design were easy to follow. Ordering went smoothly and blinds were received on date specified. Installation went smoothly for a do it yourselfer. Excellent experience.

Placed order on Nov 11th... Dec 3rd and still no package. UPS tried to deliver but wanted $230 dollars extra shipping, even though the order/receipt clearly said Free Shipping ($0). Blinds.com said they would notify UPS immediately to attempt a new delivery. They didn't and now the package was shipped all the way back across the US to (CA to DE). Only to have Blinds.com reject the package. What a mess...and so much for Carbon Footprint. Can't wait to see the condition of the package when (if it ever arrives). This shipment has 41 tracking updates. It was 6 blinds coming to a single address. Have been on hold for 30 minutes trying to resolve. Don't bother with LIVE CHAT...it's another 30 mins before someone responds.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
