The people (Megan)at blinds.com were a pleasure to deal with. I had a problem with one of my blinds and they could not have been more helpful. They sent me several troubleshooting ideas and when none of those worked they had the manufacturer replace the entire blind - and there were three blinds on one headrail.
I had purchased blinds from them before and hah been extremely satisfied and, after this experience, I will purchase from them in the future.

Blinds.com has price and service that can't be beat. My custom made motorized blinds came exactly as described, with all the necessary parts and information required to install them. When I had an issue with one of them after a year, the friendly and courteous staff at blinds.com helped me resolve it immediately. I highly recommend this company.
I received our roman shades on Saturday (much earlier than anticipated) and were able to install them prior to a large party we were having on Sunday. What a wonderful surprise! And they were perfect - exactly what was anticipated. We could not be happier with them. I made an online appointment with their Design Consultant, Stephanie Boggess, and having the personalized assistance made a huge difference in making the experience a much more positive and confident one that going alone. I will never consider ordering again without consulting their personnel. Everyone I dealt with at Blinds.com from designer to accounting personnel provided top drawer customer service - prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and personal. I even got a kick out of the "Love, Blinds.com" at the end of each order communication. But I think that was so because I did feel the love.

I'll never make drapes or curtains again. They arrived five days before promised date, even though they got hung up five days clearing customs.

I have purchase blinds from blinds.com twice and plan to buy more. Great site, easy to work and the instructions are perfect on how to measure to insure the correct fit. The purchased 2 sets of real wood blinds, color was perfect and installation was easy.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
