I ordered 4 shades and 3 of the four didn't fit. Blinds. Com replaced all 3 at no extra charge and I didn't need to send the originals back. The replacements were the proper size and I got them pretty quickly. Excellent customer service.

I contacted Blinds.com, scheduled a measure appointment for a large, oversized, odd sized window. At first, things seemed to go "OK", not great as it took some time for the person to measure to finally make an appointment. I finally got thru that, ordered what I needed. Blinds were shipped to the property address. I scheduled the window install from the website as that seemed to be the only way I was able to communicate with them. Finally got a call from someone saying that installation would not be for a month. Completely unacceptable. I told the Customer Service agent that was unacceptable. She proceeded to tell me that in that case, they would not be installing at all. I paid for installation, never got it, called numerous times to customer service to no avail. Be very weary of using this company to do your blinds, or you may find yourself in the same situation I did. I finally contracted an outside installer to install the blinds. Never again would I ever do business with this company, period.
Placed order on Nov 11th... Dec 3rd and still no package. UPS tried to deliver but wanted $230 dollars extra shipping, even though the order/receipt clearly said Free Shipping ($0). Blinds.com said they would notify UPS immediately to attempt a new delivery. They didn't and now the package was shipped all the way back across the US to (CA to DE). Only to have Blinds.com reject the package. What a mess...and so much for Carbon Footprint. Can't wait to see the condition of the package when (if it ever arrives). This shipment has 41 tracking updates. It was 6 blinds coming to a single address. Have been on hold for 30 minutes trying to resolve. Don't bother with LIVE CHAT...it's another 30 mins before someone responds.
Way too many types of cellular blind options. Color options are very hard to choose from especially when they are not the same across each kind of cellular blind.
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.

Satisfied with the blinds for our living room. I did not realize the cells were a different size than those i installed in my bedroom, but I and my husband are happy with them and have ordered additional blinds for adjacent rooms.

My order was lost in their system for over a month. Nobody did anything until I called to ask about delivery status. At that point they found and started processing my order. I haven't heard from anyone about scheduling the install I paid for as yet. I'm two months in on this order this far and still have my old blinds on my windows.
Could not find the best color match, but overall pretty satisfied with the color. Blinds are sturdy and are definitely better quality than local big box stores.
I measured the blinds as the website directed and they ended up being a perfect fit. The website is very easy to navigate. The blinds came on-time, easy to follow instructions and simple installation. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

I am redoing a bedroom and am in the process of painting walls, slider, door, trim as well as whitewashing the beams. The installation of the blinds will occur after the painting is finished.
Fairly easy directions for measuring. I Definitely needed color samples to match colors, which arrived quickly. I have previously purchased vertical blinds for other sliding doors and they are very attractive.

The guy who gave blinds advices just wanted me to purchase expensive ones, and when I decided to degrade to some normal materials, his tone was not that friendly, and said it would look cheap. The another guy who came to install the blinds was indifferent, not having a good service attitude all the way. It is only when I gave tips to him that he smiled sincerely. Overall the experience is not good for me.

Website was easy to use and had great discounts. Product was very well packaged. Instructions were clear and concise. The clips are very sturdy as well as the draws. You definitely get what you pay for. They look fabulous.
So far so good but I'm not thrilled that I have to have a measure appointment. I'm in a huge hurry for this shade so don't want to add time. It seems like a very simple measurement so don't know why I need an extra appointment.
Being able to price the various samples that I was able to order and see the samples in various times of the day on my windows helped me make the right decision on my blinds. I am glad I called back to add 1/2" extra to the length like my part-time employee told me to. I feel everyone should do this for Cellular Blinds. The binds fit well and look beautiful in my home office. I used the date my client who does construction installed my Bali Light Filtering Blinds in the Cosmopolitan Style in the White Lace Color.

Easy to order, but the delivery dates given with the order were much later than when the blinds came. (The blinds came much earlier) It would have been nice to get a realistic date when I placed the order.
Blinds are beautiful and darken the room a little more than expected but that's okay. The lift feature is great. I would have preferred the tilt mechanism to be corded rather than the twisty stick. It doesn't seem to close them as tightly. Also they would look more elegant with a wider cloth tape—perhaps 1.1/2- 2 inches When I was building my order I called CS with some questions; they were very helpful, spoke American and were good communicators. Order took about 10 days. Easy to install. I plan to replace blinds throughout the house as I can afford them. Overall A+
Some of the options for the blinds weren't listed. It's a though we have 2 options, that's it, pick one. I would have rather had a pull string for blind angle/open and close rather than the stick.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
