I've order 3 sets of faux wooden blinds in the last month or so. Cannot speak highly enough of the blinds, exactly what I ordered and instructions for fitting made that job very straightforward.
I cannot speak as highly in connection with the courier company (XDP) who carry out the deliveries. On both occasions I was not at home to accept the delivery. Notification of when it was being delivered was sent after I had left for work and there was no option to change it. The first delivery was left on my backdoor step which wasn't an issue as I was home about half an hour later. The second delivery was exactly the same but the courier thought it was okay to leave a cardboard parcel in the same place when it was pouring with rain.
By the time I got gone it had been outside for a couple of hours and was soaked through!
Not what I would expect at all. No effort to check with a neighbour or to rearrange a delivery given the weather!
I've never experienced XDP before and this experience would cause me to reconsider ordering where they are thecourier service!
Fantastic blinds, look great and high quality but you lost a star due to the poor delivery!
If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience with Blinds2Go has been appalling. I'd just moved into my new home at the start of August and I ordered 7 wooden blinds for the front of my house on the 16th August after a bit of shopping around online. 13 weeks later and I've now cancelled the order after shocking customer service. The delivery date was pushed back 7 times and to this day I still haven't been told what the delay was caused by. I was never told about the delays by a member of customer services, I was only updated by checking myself daily using their tracking system. Eventually I began emailing and calling to get answers, and the responses I got were "we don't get told what the delays are by the production team". This is not how you operate an online business. Communication is key. Then a customer service rep suggested I change my order to a different product. So I ordered more samples to select one that was most similar to the product I originally ordered. They then told me I would have to wait another 36 working days on top of the already 65 working days I'd already waited. They had "no way of fast tracking the ‘new' order". I've since had a refund and empty apologies. It is unacceptable for a company to hold onto customer's money for 13 weeks and not deliver on their promises. I have since ordered from Swift Direct Blinds on the 30th October and received my order on 4th November. I placed and received an order in less time with them than it took for Blinds2go to process my refund. Avoid at all costs! Swift direct blinds are the same price more or less so I would highly recommend them.
Ordered two large roller blinds and they were delivered in four days, brilliant quality, perfect fit, I would recommend blinds2go for anyone wanting top quality perfect fit blinds

In July, I ordered another roller blind from Blinds2Go. The previous order was in February 2017. As I recall, I had several attempts to input the required order details, but if I made a mistake, I had to revert to the start point. When eventually I reached the end of the order process, and somewhat irritated, I clicked to confirm that everything was correct.
When I received the blind it was the wrong size that I had input the details for. The Order Confirmation correctly confirmed that the order matched the Blind that was delivered. I felt stupid - how could I have made such a silly mistake?
I therefore ordered another blind from Blinds2Go in August. I went through exactly the same process as before. When I reached the end of the online order process I was invited to confirm the order by clicking on one of two options - the previous order size - the default option - or the order I had inputted! I then checked the blind that was delivered in July - it was the size of the February order.
I was therefore not stupid in the first place - I was a victim of poor software, either by deliberate design or by indifferent professionalism. Blinds2Go needs to sort this issue out as a matter or priority. It ought not to take 2 minutes for their software design team to sort out the default option to be the current order input details as opposed to the last order inputted.
So watch out, otherwise you will be had like me!
I would have no hesitation in recommending Blinds2Go. The quality of the blinds and the simplicity in fitting them to my window made them such a dream.
Quick, easy to order, great quality. Best to get free sample swatches to see material first to check colour then order. Will certainly be using Blinds2Go again.

Lovely blinds and curtains delivered; I was kept updated on expected delivery dates and both blinds and curtains arrived when stated. Curtains weren't creased and hung well.

Very useful blinds - for bi folding doors. No drilling of screws just place into the rubber and what a fabolous job they do. My kitchen is cooler than ever before.
