If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience with Blinds2Go has been appalling. I'd just moved into my new home at the start of August and I ordered 7 wooden blinds for the front of my house on the 16th August after a bit of shopping around online. 13 weeks later and I've now cancelled the order after shocking customer service. The delivery date was pushed back 7 times and to this day I still haven't been told what the delay was caused by. I was never told about the delays by a member of customer services, I was only updated by checking myself daily using their tracking system. Eventually I began emailing and calling to get answers, and the responses I got were "we don't get told what the delays are by the production team". This is not how you operate an online business. Communication is key. Then a customer service rep suggested I change my order to a different product. So I ordered more samples to select one that was most similar to the product I originally ordered. They then told me I would have to wait another 36 working days on top of the already 65 working days I'd already waited. They had "no way of fast tracking the ‘new' order". I've since had a refund and empty apologies. It is unacceptable for a company to hold onto customer's money for 13 weeks and not deliver on their promises. I have since ordered from Swift Direct Blinds on the 30th October and received my order on 4th November. I placed and received an order in less time with them than it took for Blinds2go to process my refund. Avoid at all costs! Swift direct blinds are the same price more or less so I would highly recommend them.
